I still like the vote on Bigger (fluff posts, responding to accusations by instead defending a townie for cred) and the bandwagons coincide nicely with trying to take pressure off of him.

this is just false. All my fluff posts were within 2 hours of the game starting, when everyone posts false. I jumped on thestick with my first serious post and have been on him since - and I posted a very strong case for me doing so. I also did so long before any bandwagon formed on me, so you last point is just ridiculous.

I wanted pressure on thestick to see how he would react. If he reacted how I felt a villager thestick would react, I would be voting for uberfish right now. But he reacted like scum, imo. his claim is very scummy as well.

Hum. Torn on this. The more vague you let somebody be, the more they can get away with in a false claim. Nailing people down to specifics can make a slip up emerge. If people had pushed me into giving more details about my baner claim in WW15, I would have been in a more precarious position.

Piecemeal roleclaiming is bad. We need to do it as a group if its going to happen or it loses.a lot of value.

Incidentally. The "meta" in ACwolf wasn't necessarily a bad thing. The drone saga really did give us a massive and helpful piece of information that could have won the game. The messages could really have been used to find me, and work out the third faction. The chorus of people trying to shut down meta discussion did a lot of harm. All the big puzzles were left unsolved. I'd like to say to anyone trying to work out the meta on the roles revealled in this game to speak up. Discussing thimgs as a group is how we work as a village. Shutting down the discussion is more likely to end in the issues being left unresolved and open for manipulation. Solving the role distribution puzzle *is* a part of all games with hidden set up. Let it play out even if it isn't traditional scum hunting.

Mislynching a watcher in a powerrole-light game is very bad. On the other hand BRick said roles would not decide the game....and includes a watcher? Only 2-shot but still, very powerful once the crowds are thinned out a bit.

That also means that you will not be seeing common roles here, and I can state for a fact that there will be no classic seer, baner, or roleblocker roles, as they are often included in games here.

I don't think a watcher is unlikely. And the probability of thestick having a power role does not depend on whether or not Mattimero has a power role. It's like rolling two dice and hiding them. You look at one and see a 6. Is there a 1:6 or 1:36 chance of the other also being a 6? I think both thestick and Mattimero are poor lynches.

You've been in the vote lead all day. Why not try to defend a bit more vigorously in light of your powerful role? Instead you wait until one hour remains and pop a roleclaim?

I'd say a watcher is a pretty common role on this forum. I'd have expected a watcher with a twist. As far as I can tell Mattimeo is claiming to be a jailer, which is also quite common. So I don't know.

Matt, how is your role-claim NOT a baner role, which Brick specifically said would not be in this setup?
