WW16: The Outlaws and The Olives

Had a long post written on bus, low battery killed it. At work so must be brief.

Novice. Post restriction in my view only confirmes my/everyones read after day 1 that novice is a villager who got thestick lynched.

And Zakalwe, got himself killed for being even more obvious villager. Built a rock solid case against thestick that wolves found impossible to derail. Even so, astounding how close they came. Mattimeo would in all likelyhood hang if he hadn't had a PR, and Bigger came one switch from hanging. Wasn't that close when I left off for that day, Seems much happened last 30 minutes or so.

(Yes I grant either of these 3 could theoretically be mafia but need to start somewhere)

Yes I'm not 100% on either of these, but very likely villagers in my view. Since Zakalwe started the case, and he is villager, they were not planning on busing him. And I also think that it showed that we might not have a fully coordinated mafia-bunch this time, took some time to get alternate options together.

Suspects: Catwalk - suspicious actions. Twinkletoes - both actions yesterday and his 'no use voting for a post-restricted guy'. However came in on thestick after the claim.

Voting for Sareln. Still do not like his 'easy' vote on Tasunke yesterday, and voted for everyone but thestick yesterday, all day.

About ichabod, that happened around end of night, so I wouldn't read too much about Zakalwe dying right after 'revealing' him - no typical 'frame' job, zakalwe as proven villager needed to go.

While I am quite happy to vote Novice Mayor (and have) lets not put him 100% village please. I have made that mistake before and paid for it, and he has faked a post restriction before.

I do agree he is strongly looking village though.

Rowain Wrote:I also find pindicators voting pattern strange

To elaborate: He moved on Mattimeo when the opening appeared then he did unvote then he moved on thestick when he looked like a sure lynch and when the Bigger-waggon started to move he moved from thestick to a practical nonvote. (for reference here)
Today as soon as novice brings forth Qg he starts with a derail on TT.

True Novice, I am just paranoid about over trusting you again given you have in previous games shopped a werewolf to gain cover, and faked the very posting restriction you have now

Twinkletoes89 Wrote:For the night I'm parking my vote on uberfish

He was part of the bigger push and I think he's pushing on me because zak had a little suspicion of me and thinks he can start a mislynch move to me while there are a couple of votes on me.

That's a pretty cheap argument TT and not doing anything to lessen my suspicion of you. I stated you were suspicious last night and zak agreed with me, not the other way round. What do you think of Pind's vote on you then?

uberfish Wrote:novice's point against qqqqq is that his stance on catwalk/myself is inconsistent. Qqq basically agrees with me that catwalk is suspicious, but instead of voting catwalk or taking sides in the thestick/matt/bigger votes decides to park his vote on me for the day anyway.

Uberfish.

Has been fairly suspicious in general. Voted for the two suspicious pushes to avert the lynching of thestick with limited reasoning behind the votes at best. Additionally, was voted for mayor by thestick, which wouldn't mean too much in isolation but coupled with the other information that we know is very suspicious. Unless something extremely compelling is posted to convince me otherwise, I can't see myself voting to lynch anyone els tonighte, with the possible exception of Catwalk.

Waterbat and Injera: why are you answering my question for Arromir? Anyway you guys missed the point.

Arromir votes for thestick.

Arromir comes in on day 2 and goes "oh nice, we lynched scum, well done town". If someone's town and just helped lynch scum, this is generally where they should be feeling happy and confident in their own "good townie" status.

His next reaction is apparently to search the thread for mentions of his own name and then go "oh shit I'd better preemptively defend myself against being accused of bussing even though no one is actually voting me", and this seems weird to me. I don't see why town would react in such a paranoid and defensive fashion after having lynched scum.
