Oh, I see, I misread that.

Noted. If you succeed in mislynching me tomorrow then you can puzzle out if Serdoa jumping from villager to villager at the end of a day makes him likelier scum or village. I'm leaning villager, myself
novice Wrote:So am I still scummy for trying to stop a Sareln lynch?
No, not if you believed him.
Now that you can write, and hopefully before we lose you, what do you want me to answer for? I'll have time in a few hours to really sit down with this thread, so I'm really interested to hear how I became your top scum target.
novice Wrote:Pindicator, maybe you could whip up one of your voting analyses later if you have the time? It definitely felt like we were running in circles today.
I agree, and will do so tonight. Well, I'll try. Day 2 is over 500 posts long and I only have through halfway of Night 1.
Lewwyn, it's time to wake up. Figuratively, not literally

Injera, I have been around a lot today and checked this thread a lot, but I did do other things as well. Around the time of those exchanges, Civ4 and preparing dinner were high on my list. And I had to run off for a bank meeting for 2h. I did notice novice switching to Ichabod, but Ichabod was defending himself pretty fiercely around that time. When I switched back to pindicator it actually had nothing to do with novice, it was uberfish bringing up pindicator's reaction test which I thought sounded like a decent argument.
That said, I don't think I'm at risk of hanging and I'm tired of defending myself. My style is a bit unorthodox (and seems to attract a fair bit of suspicion), but I don't think my actions show me as scummy at any point this game. When thestick was being strung up, I did nothing (that I recall) to divert attention away from him or defend him earlier on the day. Only when I saw a really big push for him with little competition did I start becoming wary, and convinced that he was being set up. Many have agreed it was incredible how easily thestick went down, and attribute it to either bussing, inactivity or experience (or a mix).
I have cooled down a bit from being annoyed earlier though, and I'm still playing to win. I do not intend to hang around piggybacking, although I maintain that it's not a bad play if you have little to go on yourself. Part of my frustration was also the information overload from having 26 players in the game, that should get better soon.
I know noone really asked for this, but here you have it anyway. If anyone wants to accuse me on grounds of something substantial I'll address it, if I get more crap from people who don't like my style I will most likely ignore it.

Well I was fishing around for acceptable targets all day, and those who gained traction all defended well. (Right now I'm regretting not pushing Selrahc harder actually, since he wouldn't have been a big loss either way.) So you bubbled to the top, and I think Sareln and Uberfish both made a good case against you. I already had you on my shortlist from night 1 due to your voting. There might be others who are more lynchworthy, but they didn't seem particularly lynchable so I figured it was better to lynch you and get some resolution.
I think Sareln made an amazing effort today and Uberfish also won me over, seemed to me like he did a lot of earnest scumhunting. I could be wrong about Uberfish of course but if so he's played an impressive game today. Anyway I was comfortable working with them.
I have to run.

I didn't read Sareln's stuff as closely as I would have liked to, so I will have to go back over it with fresh eyes (probably when I put together the voting chart). He did make a ton of effort, the most I've ever seen him post I think. Uberfish is definitely more attentive than day 1, although my take on him is more colored by the fact I was the one in his crosshairs.
I agree with you that Selrahc needs attention. Ichabod- I don't know. The rough thing is I literally had to skim 200 posts today to catch up, and I know there's a lot I missed for it.

Is noone interested in Azza? He's gone completely under the radar, chipping in every now and then to put a vote on me or uberfish with minimal or no justification. Posts 423 through 432 stick out to me, in case anyone wants to investigate.
novice Wrote:I forget who said something similar, but it bothers me how all Bigger's posts come across scummy, which of course conflicts with the bandwagon evidence from day 1.
Were all the Bigger switches just random, and wolves had the worst day 1 ever / were all driving buses?
Exploring this is not my top priority, but at least now I can express my suspicions without framing them in bold and red. Don't forget that thestick could have saved himself by voting Bigger. There might be a very obvious reason for that, after all we already know the wolves had a bad first day.

where do bigger's posts start going scummy? I thought they looked villagerish day 1 but I have no recollection on how he looks day 2.

Bigger and azza basically didn't do anything d2 except to repeatedly parrot the line that Sareln and myself were obvscum based on d1 voting.

pot, kettle, nice to meet you.
Rowain Wrote:Are you really that big an idiot??? Why the hell would a villager fake the postrestriction? So you either think it was fake then novice=wolf or he is a villager then it was real.
I think its very plausible a village novice would fake a post restriction.
Anyway it doesnt matter atm, we'll see in a few days if other people have post-restrictions.
sorry for sleeping through the deadline. Wouldn't have changed anything, though - I like Ichabod's defense, and don't suspect Pindicator, so I would have been back on Sareln as well. sucks that he was innocent, but I don't think it was a bad lynch.
Please don't go. The drones need you. They look up to you.
