OK, doing as requested. I was in this game, in the magic screen, and I'm pretty sure I accidentally clicked left-then-right on "OK". The clicks were really fast, I didn't intend to do it, it was just a mistake. Here's the save.

Oh. Thought it was a bug-detection routine put in by the modders, or something.

Probably a QA routine that didn't get stripped from production code.

Yes, I also think it's a quality assurance routine.

I took the time to trace what it does exactly... which is nothing!

It may be a default routine for "something that's supposed to be impossible just happened; write it up". I mean, it does do something: it provides instruction to the person who just generated it.

It only pops up on the Magic screen, and only with Alt+DESTIN, or with Left+Right click.
In both cases it shows the message.
After it is closed, normal execution continues.

I suspect there used to be more code around it, but that has probably been compiled away in the production version.
