when I say 'not a single vote against an innocent villager' .. what I mean to say is that he was never part of the final vote tally of a mislynch. And this was something because he survived several days as the last wolf alive.

So perhaps what I am trying to say is that a wolf will be more likely to jump off of an 'innocent' band wagon if it looks certain (from a wolf's point of view) that the lynch will go through.
I get what you're saying, but I think that would generally be seen as suspicious. But you're correct that we don't want to look solely at final vote tallies.
Catwalk Wrote:Lewwyn, I will be active enough to react to accusations. I just won't be doing as much scum hunting, and I probably won't react to baseless accusations. So don't hold back if you think I'm the best suspect. You will be disappointed if I hang, though. Unless you're scum Well, I have been wanting to lynch you for a few days now. Still don't trust him. This sounds weird to me. Are you implying that wolves are protecting the candidates who didn't hang? If so, why on earth would you refrain from pursuing it? I'm guessing you're scum who's getting cold feet about your favourite target because uberfish proclaimed me likely innocent and then got eaten. Specifically, you might come under suspicion for keeping at me. But then Injera threw you a bone and you found it safe to resume. Lewwyn Wrote:Also just to chime in on the game state, I think two lynches a day would be bad for the village. There's a higher chance of more mislynches because you have less information from previous lynches. Yes, there's a lot of people. Yes, there's a lot of posts. But we just have to keep going. It will get more manageable. Absolutly agree with this. Lewwyn Wrote:GG Uber.Isn't it about time for you to start killing wolves? It is day 4 afterall. Technically I tried my best the last two days to kill the person I thought was guiltiest, and yet they are both alive. It's not from lack of trying. I know you're insinuating that you're not a wolf, but I've got a few hours to make a final call on that. I know these questions are for novice and I'd like to hear his answers as well, but some of these are good questions. Rowain Wrote:A few Questions for novice. Please think about them. Wow thats a wake-up call to inactivity (Lewyns post), again sorry for inactivity, should have some time tomorrow night.
@Pindi; been rather snowed under so asked question when i caught up. Just havent had time to do anything but lurk. Regarding night kills, i feel active players are being deliberately targetted, so as to leave the village with a cast of null reads. On novice/Lewyn still being alive, i dont think this says anything about the quality of their reads but more about (assuming village) scum wa

Im leaning towards Arromir lynch, simply aecause we cant afford to lynch active players while letting inactive players get away with no defence. gtg bye

Last game I did some over-thinking along lines of "that is too obvious, NAP would not do that" which...did not work out well. I got some basic scum-reads on Injera that game: good. But with BRick, I saved NAP from certain lynch because it was 'too obvious'.
So my straightforward take on novice; He went for thestick early. Mafia would probably have liked a nice, meaningless "2 most vocal/stupid villagers on the line for lynch" first day. So it is possible that novice immediately saw that opening post by thestick as unsalvagably scummy, or perhaps knew (somehow...) that Zakalwe would stick to the point and that a defense might work but be damning later on. But easiest explanation is that he saw a scummy post and reacted. Post restriction - easiest explanation is that he did well first day, so restricted day 2 so he couldn't contribute as much. At least the restriction had that effect on me. Thats why I want to hear what TT is going on. Not too sure about Meiz' restriction last day. He's neutral in my book so far, middle of the pack in post count. So not sure why they desperately needed him shut up. Mabye...to give him village cred? Only goodfellas would do that to one another. So I am a bit suspicious of him because of this. I am by the way assuming that wolves are doing the restrictions, can't see why any sane villager would want to mess up/derail discussion like that. |
