WW16: The Outlaws and The Olives

@work but I just saw this development so thought i'd comment quickly.

I'm iffy on the Mattimeo claim, which I made pretty clear on day 2. But I think it's awfully risky, we're going to feel like jackasses if he flips blue. To me I'd rather give him another night or two and maybe he guesses right. If not, we can lynch him since he's not actually contributing much to scumhunting.

I'm absorbing, I'll comment thoroughly tonight.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Meiz Wrote:@Ichabod, there was so little movement on day 3 (as far as I recall), makes me think we had 2 villagers on the block. Catwalk would have died without Merovechs claim.

Injera on the other hand, I'm not getting a feeling that he tries to help the village at all... Kind of how Zak or scooter plays as a wolf. You know they can do better, but they keep the handbreak on all the time.

But in the end, Catwalk wasn't lynched. A bandwagon formed on a villager and he was saved. I'll keep my vote where it is for now and wait.

god(s)damnit gaspar, logic strikes agaiN! Hiissssssssss

tongue .... all in good fun, dear watsonian empire. wait WAT?

anyways ... point I am trying to make, is that you have an excellent logical point, and as tempting as a Matty boy lynch may be at the moment, you are right in that we WOULD feel like Jackasses if he flips blue (even if the claim was a lie).

And Ichabod doesn't seem "super" scummy to me right now, even though that TOO is tempting to believe.

Therefore I *guess* I will vote Injera for now.

might as well give our "baner" (wink wink nudge nudge) a couple more nights to [strike]lie[/strike] [strike]make up something[/strike] tell us why he failed to guess correctly, or hell, maybe getting lucky and giving us a free night with no-kills.

I'd love for you to find us a lynch that isn't awfully risky if they flip blue!

well no one else is claiming seer/baner/jailer ... so I don't know who would be riskier ... (other than say, Novice)

So you wouldn't feel like a jackass if Injera flipped blue?

anyways, Twinkletoes "mattimeo" push does, in light of Gaspar's post, feel much more like my Sareln push than ... wait, all we did was get lucky day 1 (with possibly 2 wolves on the block) and now we are screwed ... FML ffs

So yea, can't really compare it to anything 'noticably effective' for getting wolves other than previous games, as its really sad that our best day was the rand.org day 1 >.> rant

Still ... MIGHT AS WELL let mattimeo live AT LEAST one more night.

I made the same points as Gaspar! Are you even reading my posts? I'd guess yes, because you suspect me, so what gives? Why did you have to wait for gaspar to change your mind?

Of course lynching Matt is a risk, but IMO day 1 events fit quite well to the possibility that we had two wolves at the block.

Maybe I'm giving too little credit for Catwalk, but hard to see him as wolf. Injera

I guess that your defense of Mattimeo just made me suspect you more, since I already suspected you.

ah hell.
