Goals
Primary:
Prevent SBB from disturbing my development
Secondary:
Kill his scout
I will probably need to make a plan for improved early defense, either by moving up my second warrior build (T21 in the current plan) or getting a skirmisher earlier (T30 in the current plan).
The situation
Sternum will produce a warrior my T13 (it is currently working the rice), but can easily speed it up by working the ivory. His worker has probably gone to the sheep.
SBB's warriors went 1E, not sure why. One possibility is that they want to flank me through the eastern pass. If I lose visibility of them next turn, Agn will probably go 1NE to keep an eye on that pass. For now, he fortifies where he is, and can threaten both Sternum and the rice.
Execution
I chatted a long while with Waterbat about the situation, visibility, and combat odds. In the end, I decided on moving both Blom and Stark 1NW, in the hope of killing his scout.
The wolf that I saw on T9 appeared again on the same tile, 1N of the deer, so I might get some barb assistance in killing SBB's scout.
Demos:
Analysis will have to come later, sorry about that.

As expected, Stick's scout moved N-NW, and he might visit my ivory next turn (the other good candidate to go to is the hill 1S of deer). His warriors fortified 1N of his capital - not sure what is up with that, but passive play from him is good for me. Would have been better to send one to secure the rice and maybe force my warrior to retreat to the pass.
I moved the wounded Blom 1N and Stark 1NW. If Stickscout goes to the ivory, Stark has a shot to kill him there, but it might mess up my micro plan something fierce.
Also note that Stick is working the rice, despite that I think they know Fishing Don't clam up, man!
I did change from the micro plan, though. With Stick next door knowing AH, I get a bonus beaker for AH (17 instead of 16 after tech discounts), and I won't work the sheep until T22. Thus, I decided to do Archery before AH, allowing me to slip in a skirmisher on T22 instead of a warrior on T21. If I do that, it will probably delay the Oracle with 1t, but the added military security might be worth it. Will have to sim some more, I think.
After I hit end turn, the wolf disappeared back into the fog. There is also a lion prowling to my northeast.
Demos after ending turn:
I also got Stick's graphs. More analysis will wait until I've managed to do the C&D sheet properly.

Consolidated C&D turns 0 to 12
I had finally caved in and set up a proper C&D spread sheet. I had some issues wrapping my head around the differences in how things are reported in a PBEM compared to a Pitboss, which explains the delay. Things should go smoother from now on.
Catwalk
Catwalk is Elizabeth of India. He opened with Bronze Working (T8), and received another tech increase on T12, without a power increase. He doesn't have enough GNP for Agriculture, and rival worst GNP has been 16 on T9 to T11, so I think he researched Fishing.
On T10 rival worst life expectancy fell, from 87 to 85. This fits with BW and a worker on T8, and a chop. I guess he's going worker-worker here, though right now the only thing his workers can do is chop and mine.
AutomatedTeller
AT is Hannibal of Egypt, and like me, AT thought that the Clam was the strongest tile in the vicinity, and researched Fishing on T4. On T10 he had another score increase, where rival worst in power rose 2000 and global total with 4000. This fits well with Animal Husbandry. He should receive a lot of overflow from this tech.
He finished his worker on T8. If he went for the rice ASAP, it should be improved T13. He is currently working their clams.
Sticks, Bricks, and Bigger
SBB are Willem of the Zulus, and my friendly neighbours. With a sheep nearby, and both Hunting and Agriculture, they opened with Animal Husbandry on T6. Next tech was T10, and in 4t and a power increase of 2000 is pretty much he has teched Mining.
Ie, them working the rice isn't as weedy as I had first thought. I imagine they're beelining BW now, but will need The Wheel as well. They are the current top GNP at 21, with 13 effective beakers.

T12 - 3280 BC
Stick's scout went back into the fog, probably NW-W. Blom was set to heal, while Stark goes eastwards to help out Agn. The borders of Sternum also expanded, but with no indication of horses on the tile yields of the newly claimed land.
Blom will go west once he's healed, to scout the areas around the fish (note to self: find good name for a city in the area) and Fröderyd.
Demos:
Two cities grew to size 2 this turn: Sternum and AT's capital.
We have a large increase in food output, as AT has improved his rice, and now is working farmed rice, raw clam, and the centre tile, for 10F.
Total power rose with 4000, and of that 2000 is from pop increases. Catwalk is rival best in power, and Sternum didn't build a warrior, so AT did either build a warrior (unlikely - he's probably building a work boat right now) or researched a tech with a power value of 2000 in 3t. Since he's been working the clam since finishing the worker, that gives an extra 3C for 13 effective beakers, so the alternatives are Hunting and Mining. Going AH -> Hunting makes little sense, however, so I will put in Mining for him.

A quiet turn. Sternum finished a warrior, so we'll see if Team Zulu (TZ) will try to drive off Agn. Stark is on his way to the pass now, though, so I should be able to hold off three warriors soon.
Plenty of barb animals around:
Team Zulu is the third to an improved tile (me first with clam, AT second with rice, and now TZ with sheep).
He still has to road the tile though. In domestic news, our first worker, named Alfred, is on his way to the rice, but will put in a turn roading first. Ryd goes immediately into another worker, which will finish in 4t, thanks for 4H overflow. I'm last with getting a worker out, but I will almost certainly be the first with two, unless Catwalk is chopping his second worker.
Demos:
Team Zulu finished their their warrior. I think AT switched from the clam to his ivory - maybe to build another worker? New rival best in food is TZ, working pastured sheep, rice, and the city centre for 9F 3H 11C. They're also likely the top GNP, getting 14bpt into BW.

A quickie report, since I have a new micro plan to properly document.
Team Zulu finally moved against Agn, who retreated to the mountain pass proper. Stark is 1t away now, and can join him T15.
Alfred moved to the rice, and started to farm it. I was several turns before the Zulu to one improved tile, and will be 1t faster to two (and I have rice+clam instead of rice+sheep). Who said warrior first was bad :D
Demos after ending turn, and me getting Archery

Revised micro plan:
Quote:Tech: Fishing (T4) -> Agri (T8) -> Hunting (T11) -> Archery (T15) -> AH (T19) -> Pottery (T23) -> BW (T29) -> Mysticism (T32) -> Meditation (T34) -> Priesthood (T35)
Gold: 100% T27, T31
Ryd (T0): Warrior (T4) -> WB (T8) -> Worker (T13) -> Worker (T17) -> Skirmisher (T22) -> Settler (T26) -> Worker (T29) -> Skirmisher (T31, microed to zero overflow) -> Worker (T35 whip T34 @ 39/40) -> Oracle (T36) -> Forge
Tiles:
T0-T2: grass forest
T3-T6: ivory
T7: ivory, plains forest
T8: clam, ivory
T9-T16: Clam, ivory
T17-18: Clam, Rice
T19-20: Clam, Rice, ivory
T21: Clam, Rice, Sheep, ivory
T22-26: Clam, Rice, Sheep, Ivory
T27: Rice, Sheep, Ivory, grass forest
T28-29: Rice, Sheep, Ivory, grass river cottage
T30: Rice, Sheep, Ivory, grass forest
T31-33: Rice, Sheep, Ivory, 2 * grass river cottage
T34-35: Rice, Sheep, Ivory, Mine
Fröderyd (T27): Granary/Skirmisher ->
Tiles:
T27-29: Clam
T30-: Clam, Silver
T34: Clam, Silver, ?
Units:
WB: move clam (T8) -> net clam (T9)
Alfred: pre-road 1SE (T13) -> farm rice (T17) -> move ivory (T19) -> camp ivory (T22) -> road (T24) -> move silver (T25) -> mine silver (T29) -> road (T31) -> move ivory (T32) -> SE + chop (T35)
Hulatorpaheren: move 1SW + pre-road (T17) -> move sheep (T18) -> pasture sheep (T21) -> move Ryd (T22) -> SW (T23) -> road (T25) -> SE + cottage (T28) -> NE + cottage (T31) -> move SE-E to forest (T32) -> chop (T35)
Karl Oskar (T29) -> move S to hill (T29) -> mine (T32) -> move W (T33) -> move NW-W + pre-cottage (T34) -> move and camp deer (T38)
Settler: SW (T25) -> move and settle 1SW of silver (T26)
This plan provides high military security (first skirmisher T22, one more T31, and maybe another one on T35), and a eot35 Oracle. The main cost is settling Fröderyd 1t later, some lost cottage-turns, and slower development in Fröderyd. Apparently, the order in which the cottages and the grass forest is apparently important here - it can mean being 1-2b short on T35 to one-turn Priesthood... hopefully the bonus beakers from TZ knowing AH and BW will help here.
But having a skirmisher on T22 to reinforce Agn and Stark would make the pass unbreakable.

Did someone improve their ivory or is there a PFH in play? Posting via phone so sorry if this outlined earlier.

It's probably TZ that's working pastured sheep, forested ivory, and their city tile, for 8F 5H 11C, which gives 13b into BW, and 21 GNP. Estimate T18 for BW.
Catwalk is probably working clam right now, for 5F 2H 12C, for 13b and 19 GNP. He's probably on Agriculture right now.
AT is working farmed rice, ivory, and the city tile. He's on a single-discount tech right now. 9F 4H 10C, or 13b and 19 GNP. He's probably on his way to BW right now. Estimate T21 for BW.

Thx kjn! So tz will have a 10-turn lead into locating their copper. Your skirms in the passes should be ready for action!
