One thing I have just thought of.
Our supposed 'trackers/watchers' should start looking for wolves tonight.
If I understand his role correctly, now Mattimeo is gone, wolves shouldn't be able to attack whilst being cloaked. Thus anyone who is out visiting tonight shouldn't be able to hide themselves and we could catch them...

True, the investigative roles (assuming village) can now perhaps even catch a wolf during a kill.
Perhaps one should watch one of either Novice/Jkaen and another should watch someone else?

Any sufficient competent Werewolf player is indistinguishable from Mafia.

Ichabod, do I really have to tell you that while YES, good players tend to look wolfish even if village, there are still traits of distinguishability?
Perhaps sufficiently competent werewolf players (as village) are highly similar to sufficiently competent werewolf players (as scum) ... but you really seem to be doing a lot of defending lately. Especially of mattimeo ...
Yes, I know post 2223 was a joke, but there ARE ways of hunting wolves, and I would dislike attempts to make people forget that.

I think everyone's post-denouement reactions are pretty interesting, perhaps moreso than the pre-lynch ones.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Ichabod Wrote:The Tasunke vote for thestick in post 248 has to be studied further. I have to see if Tasunke already suspected thestick. Because it was just a little bit before the claim by Mattimeo (after all the Mattimeo votes on day 1), so the wolves could have already decided to sacrifice thestick when that happened.
Glad I read this, as it can be answered quite readily.
At this point in time I was already (and perhaps foolishly) beginning to heavily suspect Sareln and Uberfish.
I saw the Mattimeo push, therefore, as a wolfish plot for some reason or another. Therefore, to counter it I immediately voted the stick. (I was going to hesitate, but I had thought that hesitation may have led a "villager" Mattyboy to hang on a lupine cross, as it were)
After my vote, I looked for signs of TheStick's innocence within his posts. Even though I was certain of Sareln's and Uberfish's "guilt" I had no real read at the time of TheStick's alignment.
However, upon re-reading TheStick's posts I saw no sign of innocence, and managed to convince myself of his guilt.
Once he flipped wolf, this made me more confident than ever of Sareln and Uberfish's guilt because it was for THEM that I voted against them (onto TheStick).
However, now that it appears BOTH were wolves, I can only see my logic on day 1 (and day 2) as both arrogant and foolish.

Is it just me or this night 4 is the first time in the whole game (may I actually say games) that you took such a defensive posture, Tasunke?
My comment was just a joke on a famous quote, that I felt like doing because I'm in a good mood regarding this game (for now). You can be sure that I won't let Novice or other whatever other player go because he voted for someone. But, truth be told, even if Novice is really a wolf, he helped the village more than a lot of villagers.

"any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic"
Yes, I appreciate the use of the quote. Perhaps my offensive stance was based on my lack of food >.>

LoL .... its just you, believe me
I think the most defensive I have ever been has been when I have been on the block, namely my first game or two.
I think the winner for "most defensive" has to be my first game ... I think it was WW11, but could have been 12, my memory is a bit hazy on that one.
Now, as to the first post you quoted ... that is AGGRESSIVE not defensive
Second post? Certainly defensive, but the level of detail is due to the fact that I was keeping a journal all throughout Day 1 (and technically other days but as time went on I added less and less), and so I could easily recall my thought process during that day.

Although there might be one in that group I would for sure not bet on that. Furthermore I think that there are no more than 1 scum on those votes.
In short at least 3 scum in the other group.
