I don't think it's a spoiler to mention that Kyan's got a very strong empire, arguably #1 in the game at the moment. Certainly in the top 3. And diplo is restricted, so that naturally would limit necessary time investment. Obviously for more details, you'd want to check with him.

He's playing Arendel of the Ljosalfar, it's T65.

If no one's grabbed this by then, I should be able to grab it in around 6/7 hours, and at least play a few turns, barring someone else having long term interest. I've played SP and some local MP for both FFH and EitB, so I'll know what's going on, though I'm not the best at strategy.
