Hmm, we had discussion of this sort in the past ... but I don't think Brick ever completely answered it. Most thought that a tie without the mayor would be randomly selected, while myself originally thought that the mayor still got to decide.
IIRC, brick 'may' have said that the mayor can only select ties that he is a part of, but that may have been someone else.
Moderator confirmation on this?

I think there is a better chance of Selrahc contributing than Azza. Azza's self-proclaimed style is short & sweet and rather quiet. Selrahc argued he'd be active again once he returned, so if we don't see a lot of action from him (and very soon) we can easily hang him for it tomorrow. Whereas Azza (even though he seems more active when he's at risk of hanging) is less likely to offer us more than he has. I'm still strongly in favour of hanging Azza, he reads to me like an inexperienced lurking wolf. And I still think the lack of comments about him earlier suggests a group of wolves is directing attention elsewhere. Most players were commented on, Azza completely escaped attention (other than mine) somehow.

Putting votes on Tasunke starting from 0 with a few minutes remaining?  I'm up for hanging him, but bringing up a fourth candidate with this little time seems folly.
