I know the action was impossible to follow at the end. but i don't believe its entirely BS play.

Look guys with like 5 minutes to go - the vote was 5-5-4-5 or something dumb like that. There is no way we dont get at least 1 wolf vote in late to screw us over. What I'm wondering is - should all the village sit on their hands and let that person betray themselves or should the villagers try to make a late move that the wolves cannot counter by voting for whom they think is a mafia.

I do blame novice, but not for hanging Tasunke. I have no idea why Tasunke was brought up out of the blue with 5 minutes to spare. We had 3 candidates we were discussing, we could have sought to consolidate votes on two of those, in order to get a large enough majority that the wolves couldn't derail as easily. There are probably 4 wolves left, no way they'll let a wolf hang with this few voters.
