Okay, thoughts. It's hard not to filter everything through my perspective, namely, "why am I still alive?" I was thinking about this quite a bit yesterday, and I've come to think two things:

1) The wolves don't fear me because they think they can second-guess me
2) The wolves don't fear me because I'm a null-read fool.

Obviously if the second one is dead you'll just need to wait until I'm dead. If I do end up being one, though, take a good look at my previous watches.

For the first, though, it makes me think that they feel they have someone they think it would be highly unlikely that I would follow. This could be because it's someone I've bugged before and that they figure I won't revisit, or it's someone that I seem to trust and thus wouldn't be likely to bug.

Thinking about this yesterday, before all the late switching going on, I thought this might be novice. I had intended to watch him to night to check it out, but after him being put in a spotlight it seemed too high profile of a guess.

Bigger picture, though, my take on the game is just muddled. We have lurkers, players who have troubling getting invovled in the game, and then some active players. My feeling is that a lot of the activity going on is mostly villagers being noisy. People who talk get suspicious thrown their way, and then for the most part deflect them, and I just get this sense that it's a circular ring of finger-pointing of nearly all villagers.

In any case, I don't want to be too much of a downer. As others have mentioned we're really not in a terrible position right now. It's like a fresh game is starting, really.

If I live my priorities for today will be taking looks at waterbat, Molach, and Selrahc.

Dawn rises.

Birds chirp.

Animals scurry about.

Injera's broken bleeding body lies in the courtyard, one of his arms ripped off for good measure.

Injera was killed. He was a village tinkerer.

Quote:Tinkerer - In your spare time, you enjoying tinkering with electronics, specifically surveillance gadgets. Your latest breakthrough has been a listening bug. Once per night, you may target another person to "bug." You will learn what action(s) your target does that night, if any actions occur.

A bit of a mercy kill at this point... lol Thanks everyone for playing, and good luck village!

GG injera. Well said in your last posts, I agree with a lot of it.

And this means Rowain deserves even bigger kudos for his bluffing the scum to target him when they should have hit injera instead.

I didn't want to say anything during the night phase, but when I read this my thought was that you sounded like you had a power role. Was that your intention?

novice, I was going to start today by asking you if Molach's absences here reminded you of his WW14 play. I'm taking your vote as an affirmative
