You could use orange for confirmed mafia/scum/wolves. <shrug>

The wolves suck. Ereybodi be innocent. Bricks havin' a go at us.

Catwalk Wrote:But this isn't even true either. Remember how people started getting suspicious of me because I wasn't simply following novice around? novice even said so himself, asking specifically why I didn't follow his vote on Selrahc when I'd done so the rest of the day. Your claim is factually incorrect.
Yes, you were following novice so much that it raised questions when you didn't. I don't see how that invalidates what I've been saying.
Quote:Back to your favourite non-defense, I see. I would say around 50%. Assuming there are 4 wolves alive out of 13 players, a random guess will give me a 33% chance. I don't really have anyone in my village camp anymore, so it's hard to raise it much higher due to elimination. Why do percentages matter, though?
Just curious. I like numbers, they're much less annoying to interpret than words. Makes me wonder why, if you're only 50-50, you're pursuing me with such vigor though. Either you're a seriously misguided villager, or a very brave wolf.
Quote:I haven't found a smoking gun on you (yet), if that's what you're asking. It's the nature of the game to pursue suspicions in the absence of smoking guns, and I think there's a lot pointing in your direction:
1) Strong early reluctance by others to discuss suspicions of you.
2) Your accusatory style (bending facts to match your argument), suggesting that you care more about getting an alibi and getting a non-wolf to hang. I don't see you seriously investigating people's guilt, same with me on D2. I gave multiple explanations for my thestick vote, you showed no interest in listening to it. As villager, I would assume you'd be more interested in investigating your suspicion against me rather than simply repeating it ad nauseam.
Have you considered that I might just have a completely different style to playing this game than you? Jumping around like a cat on a hot tin roof never has and never will be my style. I stick to my convictions unless something convinces me otherwise (which you did not at first).
Quote:3) Your habit of posting safe votes.
I've voted for the person I suspected most every day. How is that scummy?
Quote:4) Your non-defense when confronted with heavy accusations.
I have been trying to defend myself, but apparently it's not helping, or it doesn't count, or some other reason. I don't see how that makes me any more or less scummy though, surely it wouldn't matter what alignment you are, you try and avoid being lynched.
Quote:I do somewhat agree with you that Meiz' last argument you was not relevant, I acknowledge that you can't be present at lynch deadlines. However, he is making a relevant argument that Selrahc did seem to make an active effort to hunt scum, reads pro-town to me as well.
Every single one of my votes has been an attempt to hunt scum. I'm not going to make a series of long winded posts arguing my case, I'm going to make my point, and if people agree/disagree they can vote as they please. If voting for the people who I suspect most makes me scum, then what the fuck am I supposed to do?

Guys, once again it seems like we're flailing about with sweet f-all.
Lets just do the 'unthinkable' and lynch novice
Too many people have just been sheep to him and I feel that that is why we are in the situation that we are in.
We could have had an information lynch yesterday with Meiz, and at the last minute stupidity comes flying out - helped considerably by novice being involved yet conveniently on a third candidate right at the end.
I don't care if it ends up being wrong, but if we go after people like Molach, Azza or Selrahc we have nothing to progress with, absolutely nothing bar the lucky chance we hit a silent wolf.
The silent mafia aren't the threat right now, they are for the 'desperation' lynches when we need a mafia come what may or we lose.
The mafia that are a threat to us are the ones who are pulling our strings right now. And novice has been the master at it. Even if we are wrong, we at least finally KNOW that we are wrong and can look upon his large trail of evidence and posts and know what he was trying to do.
How is this not obvious? What lynch can give the village more right now? I see no other obvious 'Capone candidate' right now so lets do it.
Of course, it won't happen, as I don't think enough of you have got the balls to do it. Too many of you rely on novice as almost an 'oracle' when only a small percentage of people actually know his true alignment.
And I daresay that if it came close, they might throw another mafia under the bus, led by him so he can talk of how he has helped deliver another mafia for the village. Which I believe is partly what he did for Mattimeo. He was all for giving him a chance, scotched my arguments and then used them himself when it was convenient to get the credit.
That's my thoughts. I'm staying on this guy the rest of the day. I've got fun university freshers week stuff to do, which will be a lot more worthy of my time than watching you guys flail around again and not even try thinking independently

Meme'd.
While I don't dismiss the possibility that novice is playing a GOAT scumgame, it seems to me there are still a significant enough number of mafia left that we don't need to try and a [strike]hit a home run when a single will do[/strike] [strike]throw a hail mary when we just need a few completions[/strike] start sending the keeper up at corners yet! (Sports analogies - very tricky in this crowd.) Occam's razor says novice is the only villager giving it a serious go everyday - it'd be foolish to lynch him at this point.
Anyway, I'd be incredibly surprised if one of TT, Catwalk, novice or Jkaen were scum. Waterbat is one small sliver below that. So if we pick from the remaining players, our odds are pretty darned good in my mind.
I'll do the Sareln and Tasunke analysis later today.
