Do you have any suspicions on Meiz other than the posting restriction?

TT: There is no prize for "Thinking independently." No matter how much it makes you stand out from the crowd, you need to present a convincing argument. You have not done so.

What you have done is have a massive paranoia attack about how novice is too "trusted". Do you realize why he is currently trusted? Novice was instrumental in securing the lynches of the only two scum we have caught. It is very very likely that they would not have been lynched without Novice pushing the wagons. He hasn't had a great success rate directing other lynches, but

Is it possible for Novice to be a wolf despite this? Yes. But there are a series of alarm bells that will be pulled if we uncover *other wolves*. If we lynch wolves and it starts looking like Novice was directing wagons away from them, fine. Step him up for heavier scrutiny. But focussing on novice with nothing but a gut feeling when he has delivered two wolves? You're not going to get him lynched. You're not going to do anything of value. If you honestly believe novice is a wolf, then help uncover him for everybody by revealing evidence of association with other wolves. All you are doing at the moment is weakening the voting power of the village.

I agree strongly with Selrahc's argument against lynching novice at this time. If novice is scum and needs to bus other wolves in order to protect himself, I say that's not a bad deal.

I'm also leaning village on Meiz, but I'm ready to listen to arguments for hanging him.

Oh dear. This is the kind of thinking which loses. Let's go after random quiet people and hope a smoking gun comes up later and lets waste our mislynches on people who give us nothing.

Everyone's going on gut feeling anyway, so saying that mine is pretty useless on its own is pretty rich. Its all on interpretations of what we see, and I see post restrictions that were all the rage early, when it makes no sense to use them, and now (despite a post restricting player not dying yet) they are conspicuously absent. I see sheep following after the first person they can care to anoint as 'confirmed villager' when they are nothing of the sort.

I see him hopping through targets to find the ones people will follow as the wrong thing for a leader to do as well. If he was villager, in the position of responsibility that so many seem to hold him, he should be saying that this person is his candidate, this is why and follow me on to it. Instead he is the French Radical going "My people are leaving, I must find out where they are going so I can lead them".

We had two wolves on the block, so he could easily bus one and look credible. Then when people question the lack of post restrictions and start asking questions again, he suddenly makes a hairpin bend out of nowhere and pushes mattimeo despite arguing against it for most of the day. Its too clean, too orchestrated for my liking. Everything about his reputation for being an innocent in this game seems much too convenient for my liking.

I could be wrong, I'm prepared to accept that. But I look at the case and I believe it. We should have done this a while ago.

Our village is next to blind right now, partly because that's the way the mafia wants it, and partly because there seems to be some villagers too lazy to open their eyes. I want information. I want to start cutting down on the amount of half-tenuous leads that we have. The best way to do that is to find out novice's alignment.

The only 'alarm bells' you will hear is when its too late. When we are at last chance saloon and you start wondering again about 'how is he still alive'. And then there will be enough mafia left to survive without him anyway.

I can't wait for this game to end now, whether I'm right or wrong. Its really pissing me off

Sorry TT, but Selrahc is right. Yes, suspect novice and don't believe him as a wolf. But what you are proposing is very high risk - it's more than likely all it will end with is a lynched villager. Novice is probably the least likely one of us to be a wolf, and I don't say that based on his voting record, but on his posts and behavior. Could he be doing an excellent job faking it? It's possible. But there are so many more likely targets (like everybody).

You want to find wolves? Take Gaspar's advice; look at people's reasoning for their picks. So go back and read novice's reasoning and if you find something that doesn't then build your case there. I feel like you are looking for a homerun when all we need are singles and base hits. (Sorry for those that don't get the baseball analogy.)

And I can't help but remember the last time you were so sure someone who was helpful was leading us astray that you used your vig shot and killed the villager who had just fought to save you from being lynched. So no, I don't trust your judgment in this instance.

I hate it when I change thoughts mid-sentence. This should read:

"Yes, suspect novice and don't believe everything he says because there is a possibility that he is a wolf."

The kind of thinking that loses is thinking we only have one scum when we have four.

I'm not going to get anything interesting off Molach. Ichabod.

Meaning he's going to do what he did - pop in, make a quick post, pop out, disappear again for however long. So voting him at the moment really serves no value. I'd rather vote someone who might spur some activity. I'm not remotely opposed to ending the day on Molach though, who clearly is just in full lurk mode this game.
