Well, my main suspects were Lewwyn and Gaspar. My read on Molach was null as is my read on most of the lurker players, so he just seemed like a "let's try our luck" lynch (at least to me). When I realized I was voting with probably everyone I suspected (Meiz and Pindicator too), it pointed me towards Molach being a mislynch.

So I voted for the second placed player on the votes, which haven't made anything to give me town vibes. catwalk pointed out he was being voted by Lewwyn for a long time, which also made it sound like a good mislynch probability.

So i switched to gaspar, my most suspected player, seeing if people would be on board. Since I didn't make any case and didn't talk almost all day, obviously no one joined me. So to make my vote more meaningful, I went back to Azza.

That's pretty much it.

Today I'm voting Waterbat because I trust Novice and I think he's better than me at the game, especially in this particular one. I'll try to be a little more active until the time of the lynch.

Gonna pull back at the 10 min mark. So I have this typed up and ready to go:

I had a theory today, catwalk. I was thinking, why are you so adamant about azza? Everytime someone shows you a town tell by azza you brush it aside like you know better. And how come you were so adamant and persistent about mattimeo? I can't remember you being like this in previous games, so sure of yourself, so confident that you'll brush aside everybody who contradicts you. And also: you give the benefit of the doubt to every other person with suspicion but Azza - why is that?

If you are scum, then you've been playing a ballsy game - between playing with meiz's PR to being on mattimeo right from the beginning. I started to wonder maybe you're giving up fellow scum to get deep cover. It's not like you're gaining a lot of traction on these, so you figure once people eventually come around then you get a ton of credit for being the first person on them.

I like my theory; it's a neat theory, it looks pretty, and it gives me a warm feeling. But it's also very improbable. That's a problem with this game: people fall in love with their own theories and hold on to them despite the evidence just based they would rather be right than catch scum. I'm not trying to pass blame here; I do it too. It's human nature.

So I think the more probable explanation is you got lucky with mattimeo and are feeling pretty good about yourself, and now you're convinced you've struck gold here again and we're just not seeing it because you have it all figured out.

Sorry catwalk, I think molach is the better target. He plays just like he did in WW14 - he had lots of good reasons for being gone that game, too. I did want to see if we'd get any movement, and I am curious as to what that means. molach

What people think about this post? I've seen Pindicator in the likely innocent part of Novice list and I wonder why is that. This particular post sounded pretty scummy to me, especially in light of the time it was made and the fact that Molach was Mafia.

Sorry pindicator. Was hoping I'd be able to sneak away for a review. At this point it's hard to not suspect those voting for my mislynch. But from those I've gotten villager vibes.

In order:

1) ichabod - can understand why he'd vote me other than he's a mafia
2) azza - hated his play this whole game. But like jkaen in the last two games, my disliking a players style is not indicative of alignment.

3) novice - still holding out hope I'm a pawn in some wolf hunting scheme.
4) Meiz -

5) twinkletoes - says novice is leading us to doom, but happily jumps on board?
6) selrahc - although, if mafia, don't think he would prompt me to defend like he did. I also remember some good posts made day2.

As for a defense, I still don't even understand the case on me. Im a blender? I'm not sure what to say other than you eon't find any of my votes made to save
Any wolves. I've pushed a villager or two to hang, but it's hard to keep your hands clean when actively engaging.

I was going to vote for self- preservation if the opportunity presented itself. I suppose I could pull a thestick and non-vote. I enjoyed the "why didnt he save himself" routine.

Everyday this whole game, when an easy lynch came up - a group of people say " I dont like to lynch X, it's been too easy" or "not enough movement for x to be a mafia". Not today though, thanks for that.

with 2 votes already seems like the he's place to start. Also trust lewwyn and catwalk at this point.

Not necessarily, since I didn't ask a question to Pindicator in my post, so it's hard for him to make any comments about it.

The way Pindicator stressed the reasons for his vote change sounded strange. He was voting for Molach earlier that day, so I don't think there was a need to do such justification out of the blue. As strang as it may sound, the fact that he has given a justification for his right vote for Molach seems scummy to me.

Pindicator's defense of me earlier though. A mafia would just let me cook, right? Maybe knowing I'm terribad at defending, he could put that post in, but I think it's much more likely that he is sincere there.

For a moment, I thought you were saying I was a villager, Waterbat, and your whole post didn't make any sense. I suppose you meant "can't understand" (or my english is bad).

Either way, your list is very confusing... Can you explain it a bit better?

Fwiw, my impression of Pindicator yesterday was that he was always going to vote Molach, so his switch back wasn't unexpected. I agree though that his justification seems slightly... pompous, for lack of a better word.
