Yeah we should definitely try to swing a deal like that, would be great to be able to send our next settler towards our Gillette gold.

Sounds good, either we get Losing as a gift and let them keep more land, or we raze Losing and aim to settle our next city NW of the deer.

And by "more land", I mean that the copper-deer-sheep-marble area still belongs to us. smile
If you know what I mean.

They have one more city, it is either very coastal or right against the (third ring) borders of Pitboss3, more likely the latter I think - it got 3 new land tiles first ring and a further 6 second ring.

Our scout could see the edge of their borders in 2 turns time, if it's the SW possibility.

Those sites are illegal due to being two tiles from Pitboss3. So maybe their second city is coastal, by their coastal copper?
I have to run.

Good point  I was just looking at where the numbers worked out.

I think we can do without spear in the frontlines for the moment, so we could move it to sheep to prevent them pillaging our Corn. Losing did have 56 as Sabotage production value.

Lone Axe moves on horses and duo from Bitter to 1W from Losing. Worker near Bloody Mary could cottage there or move towards capital to pasture sheep. Cottage might be better since it could be useful to be size 4 until we hit half food box before whipping Granary.

Actually we could move 1 worker near Bitter and the worker near Bloody Mary to 1st cottage the tile 1E from Caipinriha and then pasture the pigs.

Wonder what they've done with the second Archer? I was kinda assuming it would pop into view on the horses this turn en route to Losing. 1N of the horses, perhaps and then it'll be too late to the city? Although if there's roads we can't see maybe it got to 1E of the horses so will make it there on time. (Or the workers are off making a road so it will get there on time.)

Another option is to move the spear E SE. If the warrior steps closer, we can build another road for it and move SW SW. This is essentially gambling that they prefer to explore further. The stakes are even more worker turns spent roading.

That works too. I'm ok with that. I've gut feeling they get both of their Archers on the city making attacking not viable although we can keep the city useless for a long time and probably also pillage the road leading to the city.

It might be better, if someone else plays this turn wink. I'm ready to whip both of those axes and go for a kill. I also think one of our axes could head north towards deer tile while other goes for a choke. 3 axes vs. 2 archers just isn't good enough odds IMO.
