Tasunke has been going on about a quicktopic. Didn't you wonder what that was all about?

1. Lewwyn, I think the vig should shoot. Night 2 at the latest. Shooting is like getting 2 lyches in a row which is really strong. It is much easyer to find a not guilty player to pass the gun off then to shot a mafia. The reason why that player should shoot so soon is that running out of time to use all the shots is a real threat. And also the lockpicks! (if scum has them)

2. On the 'novice fool card saga'... I don't think it is that bad for him to roleclaim. It is still unclear to me if roleclaiming fool card was a bad idea. Add to the fact that there are far worse items the scum could steal (vig gun, the board) and I don't think we have to lych novice. It might be a good play if it were not for Tasunke, though.

3. I think we pretty much have to lych Tasunke... Why? Well if he makes it into the endgame I don't think the village can live with the potential humiliation of losing to someone who bascially said he was a wolf. Joking around and especially unclear sarcasm have no place in these games; so we also can "encourage" him not to do it again by lynching him. So Tasunke, in order to not get mislyched, would have to redeem himself. I think the only ways for him to do this are having the board or and epic lych vote like Serdoa voting Scooter in ww2. If he has the board he can just roleclaim and pass at night it to get off the block. I think an epic lych vote is very unlikely for him. So if he is villager he bascially has a 90%+ chance of getting mislyched anyway. For this reason I think he is a great target.

Two last random things.
a. Rowain said "cum"
b. Zak's statement of him accepting a potential Tasunke modkill is total BS on its face. It feels like he just made that statment up to say something on the issue.

Care to explain your behaviour? Why are you just now starting to go for novice, despite you having read the arguments which you put now forth yourself much earlier already? Did you first ask the other wolfs if you should go for it?

Anyway, Ryan, just to help you out. The last question here is rhetorical and insinuates that you're a wolf. So you would ask the other wolves privately. By PM or whatever.

Oh, and another one I find more and more suspicious is Ryan. That reads more and more like he adapted simply what others (Rowain and I) posted about novice, so that he could vote for him. I don't believe that he is actually hunting scum, but trying to appear active.

This is a very strong point. His post feels like he poorly plagiarized something. So he just wanted to post something to boost his post count and nothing else.

From what I understood, Your saying you have the tarrot card. I am guessing that If you claimed to have that card you are scum since:
1- You are an easy pickpocket target for the *wolves*
2- You have an excuse if the seer sees that your a wolf.
3- You are claiming be to trustworthy.
4- We will be wasting the jail on you incase you are not.

Killing you has so many benefits from removing that item from the game to killing a likely scum. I dont see a better 1st day lynch.

Aren't #1 and #2 contradictory? If he is fake-claiming then the only safe way to do that is if another scum holds the fool card. But if another scum holds the fool card then it doesnt really matter if scum has the pickpocket item or not.

Or is this more along rowain's line of arguing that we should lynch novice just as the least risky option? If you want to play not to lose, that usually is how you lose (for example, how my school botched a 10-point lead in the 4th quarter of the Alamo Bowl).

I guess I don't follow why it is a big deal that novice claimed fool. As a villager it is the right thing to do. As wolf it is a risky play. But claiming shouldnt clear him one way or the other. I find others' reactions more interesting, although i find it too early to draw conclusions. JusBut this is good info to file away for later

My post was not ment to be that harsh. I don't think plagiarising is a big deal*. And many people are guilty, including myself in earlyer games, of thread spaming to up a postcount.

*I have to put it in context. I've read on online fourms that if you plagiarize I don't care if you die in a car crash. I really just don't care about it. Writing classes are not curved for me and jobs have far too high qualifications so the agruement of 'you're hurting others!!!!1' just does not hold water to me. I don't plagiarize becaue the threat of getting a F grade is too high for a small GPA boost.
