For city, I'd say the horse is probably better as we need to stake a claim to the area. What specific site did you have in mind? We need to go 1N to get the fish, but for a border city the hill might be a liability. We may want OB with someone anyway. Whats the worker on the hill (north of heartburn) doing anyway? Is the WB for the fish or the crabs?

Its on the stone near Loud Noises, you can see the settler in the War! pic from last turn.
I just assume its Moai as its marked as such in the dotmap + Lewwyns mentioned it earlier. The island would have pretty bad production, though. It only has the copper + 2 forests vs. 4 forests + 3 hills. Sorry no report tonight (as mentioned in tech thread my computer crashed) but I should have one for you tomorrow.

Turn 94 - The Merest of Touchs
The western front, showing the vulture and workers/archer going ahead of the settler. I believe we are founding on the GLH marked. ![]() The war front. Moai settled this turn. We should have cultural dominance in this region, even if we don't settle it. ![]() LAME CITY NAME!!1! Ahem. Sourthern Front, showing the culture battle ongoing (an earl slot for drama might be good + SOZ(? is it banned)). ![]() Our Archer exploring down there (with the slightest hopes of circumnav). ![]() Spies making its way along there. Also the galley for settling the ICTR dot. ![]() Ol' Seasickness exploring these islands. Pretty much an exact mirror of the others. ![]() Cities: All in all, looking good. A bit lacking in workers though.

*Sigh* Another OB offer, this one from shaven. ![]() I'm gonna skip past it and let you choose, but I really think we want OB with SOMEONE - doesn't have to be Shaven ( they are one of the rivals), but maybe neighbors like pirates? Its not just the TR commerce (which would help), but also the gesture of goodwill - we don't have a diplo team like some of the others will so we do need these oppurtunities.
