Yep!
Still takes an effort, and sometimes theres fullstops everywhere, but a small price to pay.

It's like ending a meeting with "Also, we could all drop dead of a heart attack, so this could all be completely meaningless."
Although hum. Now that I'm thinking about it, I suppose there are some things it has influence on. If the scum start with the gun, but we start giving them targets... then by playing along with the targets they can fake the gun being in villager hands, while obviously not going along with a wolf kill. That gives them a measure of protection from an item seer. If we as a village say that using the vig shot is a hostile act, and then somebody uses it, and then the gun is found with an item scan... then we catch a wolf. So I guess it does have some bearing on planning.
I hope the wolves don't have the gun. That would be insane.
I've played in an insane game recently.
This is not it.
You have a point though, and I think this lynch strategy has merit, but I'd wait until N2 (where we'll have more info).

If a player has 90% innocence chance, and you we're already inclined to innocence, then it may not be confirmation, but it would stop me lynching them that day.

That's my point exactly. He wanted to lynch me even though he didn't think I was more likely than anybody else to be scum. And we showed him why getting rid of the Fool card was unimportant. It was just a terrible stance.
As for the rest of your post, I'm not going to get into a mathematics debate with you Serdoa. Neither of us would enjoy it. I'm just going to have to take your word for it that you believe in your own understanding of probability.
Has nothing to do with probability. If I don't know if a result is correct it doesn't help me to know that 90% of the results I get are correct. I still don't know if the one I am talking about is correct. Not sure what is so hard to understand about that.
As for the rest: I ask again, you realize that he switched away from you when a better target surfaced? And as long as no better target surfaces, it certainly is best to get rid of the card. Not sure what would be so hard to grasp about that either tbh. Everyone is equally likely to be scum but novice holds a shitty item for the village. Hm, what would be the best lynch? Well, without the card EVERYONE would be as good as the other. But with the card, you step up a notch and get the best target.
1) Scum with PR
2) Scum with card
3) Scum
4) Villager with card
5) Villager
6) Villager with PR
Listed from best to worst lynch. Everyone has equal chances to be any of those, except point 4 which no one can be (besides you). Except for you, you have only chances to be 1 through to 4. Why should I not lynch you if there is nothing else to go on?
Yeah but each outcome is not equally likely.
1/2/3 are each folded together as likelihood of being a scum, and it is not a 3 in 4 chance of scum as you are presenting it, it is less then 1 in 6 IMO.
His claim is villagerish play as it makes him more likely to be scanned (by both item and alignment) as well as placiong him in a great deal of scrutiny.
I would like you to point out how Tasunke was actively hindering the village (which I asked earlier), as well as novices question.

I can understand this sentiment. But did you miss my earlier question? Why would you want to be vig shot?

Or night killed, don't forget that part. Doubt snitches would want to do me any favors though.
Shitty night. Had half a bottle of wine in me. The other half of the bottle left early.
Combine that with a frustrating day one where the village can't seem to do more than talk itself in circles about novice and his fool card, and if I had the vig gun I'd want to use it on myself.

Sure, I don't mind being night killed either, but it's strange to include a vig-shot in your request. It makes me wonder if you realized what you were really saying.

What, you think I'm a snitch for including that? I'll settle for being lynched tomorrow, sure.

What was he really saying?
I have to run.
