Just noticed this amusing comment from Ruff earlier in the thread:
Quote:I suggest that the admin pass this admin password to Sullla so that if anything happens to the admin (God forbid), then the game doesn't die.
So what you're saying is: if I get myself killed in a nasty car accident, then at least the game will be able to continue ![smile smile](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/smile2.gif) . I feel so much more at-ease now ![lol lol](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/lol.gif) .
P.S: The admin password is the same as our demogame password.

Well, actually talking from experience here - we were playing a huge, almost modern start and were well into the game when Dazz_G disappeared for ages. We found a replacement and the game continued. As it turned out, Dazz had been involved in a major accident in Ireland (IIRC, 3 mths in the hospital). About 6 months after that, he was back in a limited way. But now he has been missing for about 1.5 months and people are starting to have that sinking feeling.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

As more and more people of post-school age are playing games online I wonder how long before this problem fixes itself. Courtesy of saved passwords, my wife knows to post something in the forums I visit if I'm seriously hurt or permanently AFK.

T5 on to athlete.
Things are moving well so far, getting a turn per day in. So are people going to be around this weekend to get a few turns pushed through?

I am around this weekend, but not next week Wednesday (afternoon)-Saturday.
Long weekend off in Germany. Going on a boat trip.
