Awesome news with CivPlayers. I can gladly put my tinfoil hat away now. Great work scooter. With borders now secure, let's scout that southwestern area to see what they were eager to keep from us. NAPs and TGW in hand (fingers still crossed but very optimistic) we should be able to scout in full force now with reckless abandon. Let's find the marble in the tundra. twirl

One note: we do have a no-scouting clause with these guys, and I would think a missionary wandering around would be a bit of a violation. They may ask that we gift the missionary and they can spread it themselves.

OTOH, if we ask if we can send a unit to one of their cities for a specific purpose, and they agree, I'd say it's a way of getting around the no-scouting clause. They can tell us to move the missionary to another city, or just move it into their borders and gift the unit instead, no sweat.
