Thanks spacetyrantxenu! The worker micro in the north was just my best projection of the needs (which apparently weren't very good ). I'll be back to the game hopefully tomorrow late.
Let Doughnut grow into unhappiness. When the whip anger wears off we can triple whip the settler to completion and overflow to finish the library or a unit. By then we can get an impi or axe or both out of Porcupine. (but can we support another city? we'll have cottages coming soon in the south ... also, where should the new city go? More happy would be nice but we don't have gems/furs/gold within easy reach). Did I put those items into the build queue at porcupine? I think I did. I like impi after ikhanada.
I don't know how Porcupine got on avoid growth. I never use that either. I probably just miscliked it at some point. I think I've covered everything (I hope, because I probably won't be on again for a while).

I can't give recommendations about settlement because I've seen the map, even if it was when the game first launched and I don't remember where things are. But best to stay silent on that question anyway. As for whether you can afford more cities, I'll beg off answering (spoiled) but can present a leading line of facts: Your breakeven science rate is just under 70% and you're FIN with gobs of grassland made for cottage spam, and you can build ikhandas to help with maintenance if you need to.

T76 - This was straightforward, just worker moves that were already planned out. The only new event is the appearance of another barb warrior, which led to some troop shuffling as I wasn't happy leaving Potos Village undefended.
I moved the impi out of Porcupine (now undefended and not at risk, but can double whip an impi next turn if desired, which may be good because the city will need garrison for happy soon), that impi went to Grand Slam, releasing that impi to return to Potos Village. The warrior that was originally covering Grand Slam is still sitting in Doughnut preventing more unhappiness than we'd otherwise have, while the axe sits on the corn waiting for the barbarian warrior to move forward and die next turn. That will be XP #3 for that axe, he's sitting on a promotion for now. I probably won't spend it before attacking as he'll heal up to 100% this turn by staying in place.
In the north we should keep an eye on Azza's movements. He has a chariot escorting a settler. It's too bad you don't have a galley nearby. That chariot would make a delightful snack for one of your impis. Guesses on where he settles? If he stays on the line he's on, it's going to press culture into your BFC, which isn't very neighborly of him.
Out west the exploring impi has ass for a sense of direction and walked into a corner. He's going to have to backtrack to get out of here, or try going S,SW and hope there isn't a barb axe waiting for him. Or we could be prudent and just move 1S next turn and then squeeze through the pass more safely in two turns.
I adjusted your EP allocation, putting one point into metra because he's only 1 point away from removing your graphs. I didn't check last turn (sorry), so I don't know which direction EP spending is going for each rival. Hopefully this doesn't cause him to start spending EPs on you if he wasn't already. Your other three EPs are on Commodore/Brick, but as there is still a large deficit there that seems like a good way to leave it.

An addendum to the T75 report (a day later), I forgot to mention yesterday that metra tried to slide in a city build. If you guys are tracking score don't miss this one:
His score increase is in the next minute after logging in.
Current city count is:
Cornflakes: 5
AT: 3
CommoBrick: 5

Ok, here's what's up. We couldn't whip the impi in Porcupine this turn because we were only size 3. I put the turn into the axe so that we can still double whip the impi after growing this turn. Library in Volcano will take 2 turns > whip ... so about 20-turns for a scientist assuming we start working them immediately. We could alter the plan though and go warring against Azza. He's foolishly settled close to our border. We can get sailing in 5-turns (2 saving + 3 researching), 1-turn into a boat and then whip which would mean we'd only be able to work 1 scientist for a few turns as we're regrowing.
Another thing we have to consider the barbarians are coming with swards ... how does this event work? Does everyone get this notification regardless of who they are coming for (meaning they could have spawned next to anyone) or do we only see it if they spawn next to us?
Porcupine will 2-pop whip the impi this turn, overflowing to build a workboat unless we need the overflow another axe to fend off barbarians (the WB will go for the settler that will soon be whipped from Doughnut for the fish region in the east).
Doughnut will grow again into unhappiness and then triple-whip the settler, overflowing to finish the library. We could push a scientist out of here instead of Volcano if we want to war against Azza. I think there's no time like the present because he doesn't have Praets yet, and lightly defended coastal cities are tempting, especially when they could be 1-moved with a quick galley whip.
We got Maths so the chops came in for granary in the south at Postos and the library here. Whip anger wears off in 3 so I'm going to work library until we grow and then back to the settler until the second whip anger wears off.

Actually, I'm pretty sure we're safe because of this part ...
