Labyrinth can work no food resources first ring (i.e. first 6 turns for inca) and misses out on sharing the corn.
To top it off, its settled instead of a city for the pig.

I also can't see a reason not to move onto the PH but whatever...(okay yeah it gives a city without mines, but given non-nerfed whipping I'd say its easily worth it)

Turn rolled.
No pillages at Potos - I say we go ahead with the axe killing plan regardless.
I swapped some micro around - I say we whip the worker in the cap, and then grow super fast with the corn taken back from porcupine. (we need the workers, and its no much of a loss for a big beneift)
Azza gave us a ridiculous deal where we give IW for currency+gold+CoL - I replied with a nonsensical deal for his cities and then a reasonable one.
He's apparently decided to be a dick and flipped IW to everyone he knows for free rolleye
This means we should settle the wines or horses - I'd rather the horse one on the coast to get TR so I think it depends on hwat the impi sees up there.
Volcano on wealth so we can do 100% this turn – suggest trading with TT to get enough gold to finish next

Here's an idea: build the statue of Zeus in wines city - both fir the benefit and the massive culture boost.
How many cities have monuments?

Alternatively we could chop moai statues - that gives us a decent port on metras sea, and redeems a bad location.

Looks like Q beat me to most of the pictures wink Here's one of our western front.




The galley is holding our reserve force that can reach both cities in case of Azza/Barb attack. The overflow from the worker whip at Grand Slam will be a second axe for this galley. He could road the strip up to us, which would decrease our warning to 2 turns. That's still enough to whip some military in.

We have 0 monuments ... but we have ivory (the doubler) so I suppose SoZ is an option. That would also be good if Azza decides to lock into eternal war devil Unfortunately I'm expecting locked war vs. Azza now (I was hoping not). But do not get too impatient on the Azza front. We'll hit Construction next (and surely get it as soon as he can with his terrible economy). Until he gets construction we have nothing to worry about. He has a much longer walk than us and few cities.

Time is on our side. If he locks into war and perpetually builds Axes/Praets, we tech to Civil Service and Machinery and get maces ... Game Over for him. Plus he can only support as many units as he has money for (diplo screen says he's making +3gpt).

Do not offer any more trades with Azza.

The main reason I didn't attack out was because there wasn't a road E of Postos (the attacking axe would be left in the open). Since the axe moved N onto a road I attacked ... and got some poor rolls frown Lost the first, and took way too much damage on the high-90 odds cleanup. It's sitting around 1.5/5 now. I really hope that second axe suicides so that we have 2 axes left to deal with the 3rd incoming axe. Otherwise we might end up needing to whip again.

Urgent: put another city of wealth, seeing as you moved the north impi out.
That'll let us do 100% today.
I can't figure out why we can't trade MC with AT.
We may need IW next.I think we should take some of the workers in the area aligns if we don't.
Id also like IW to clear the banana in case we want to attack out.
We should whip walls soon so the whip anger doesn't stack, and we don't pay upkeep in the meantime.

Could you take a pic of the NE?
I think the N worker should start mining the hill still unexpoaed if we intend to get IW next (and want to keep workers in the area) other wise the galley could take them down.
We should whip the axe at potos anyway, as we're going to need it for the azza war anyway, and we can use him down here as well.

We're not going to be able to take azza with superior tech, he'll be given it by our adversaries.

I can't log in until probably 10:30pm at the earliest (in 8 hours) ... You're right though, I did move the impi out. When I ended turn I made sure it was correct, and then just before exiting I remembered to set the sentry in the west and didn't re-check the finances smoke

Honestly though, it's not too big a deal. We have to run 1-2 turns of break-even to finish out the tech anyway, and this will just leave a little gold in the bank that we can use up next time. On the other hand, 2metra never plays until middle of the night my time so it'll probably still be waiting. This brings up another issue though ... he missed playing last night, and the turn will roll really close to the time he logs in (or before, depending on how much longer than 24-hours it actually runs this time).

I only uncovered one more uninteresting grass forest tile in the NE this turn, so I was waiting for another turn. I'll be sure to post a picture then, and also a picture of the northern impi's explorations (which also haven't uncovered much except a vast cold forest land).

We grow the pop to whip walls either next turn or turn after. I had a sign there to whip ASAP. Overflow into axe?

The part about Azza being gifted tech is unfortunate. Since it's no-brokering we could trade the military techs around to everyone else as soon as we research them ... even if we only get half of their cost from everyone it'll still add up to more than cover the cost of the tech. Azza did that with the IW.

I also wondered myself why AT couldn't trade MC with us??? In no-brokering are you allowed to trade techs that you pop from huts? Is is possible that he popped in and can't trade it now?
