With a time of absence end of September and a wife who does not like CIV I want to play in a team to go along with the 12-17hrs turn timer.

I PMed Kodii, as he was the first who showed interest in the other forum.

An idea to throw out there:
If duplicates are an issue, isn't there an option to have no traits at all?

I wish to play alone
I can only forsee one absence, and that will be short. I'm happy enough to use the governor/queueing for that time if I can't find a sub.

I can manage either 18h or 24h. 12h would be really difficult for me.

I guess I wish to play alone. But I could probably be talked into a teammate depending on the circumstances. I vote for 18h, followed by 24, then 12. I think 12 would be very hard for me.

Hi,

I would consider joining with someone, as playing alone (with a wife and young kid ) is going to be impossible. I am also happy to just lurk and "help" here and there with a question or suggestion. FWIW, I consider a mid-level player, playing in general normal speed, emperor level where I win often enough, but not always

Wow Congratulations. I wonder how you manage. The other day a co-worker said that 3 kids are more work and less worry, so I guess that may apply to you. Still very impressed!

@Dreylin: I don't care on a formal partnership, I'd be happy to join with you on a very informal basis. There are two levels to that though depending if I look at other people's (spoiling) threads or not. If I don't then I can participate fully with advice etc., else I'll have to be more cautious with what I say. I guess I could start by not looking and we could chat whenever possible on the situation, but the responsibility of playing will be yours I could sometimes sub, but I cannot quite commit to that...
