[SPOILERS] Cornflakes and Q Eat 'Em for Breakfast!

A mistake is a mistake, let's correct it an move on. This should be an all-hammers-all-the-way city. Those 2 farms will increase the food output +3 (chaining to corn), allowing us to pick up the last mine and two more workshops to the northeast. All of those get +100% from HE.

You can't chain through a hill city.
To get that corn irrigated we need to pave over one of the caps cottages or the cow.

My bad. I remember now being corrected on this before in another thread. Could you chain through hill cities in Civ 3?

The capital's cottages are too valuable with Academy + soon-to-be-Bureaucracy + Oxford-down-the-road. I guess corn won't get irrigated frown

Got interrupted part way through the turn. I'll be back to finish later.

I was thinking, and I am of the opinion that Blimp (on our AT border) should become and all-hammers city. Farms and mines now, with a couple workshops mixed in later. With the Pigs/Clams it has enough food to work all of it's hill with +3 surplus still. Throw in a couple lighthouse lake tiles and we might not even need farms, except if we want to re-grow quickly from whipping.

Since we have Dye, Theaters become +1Happy buildings. Since Blimp is now a hammer city, theater should come before before Library (plus it gets +3 culture instead of 2).

On the subject of Theaters, do you have your eye on a spot yet for Globe? What about National Epic (that's the GPP national wonder, right?)?

I will play next turn in the morning. Will you be able to take the following Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning turn? ... Or I guess that would be Wednesday/Thursday for you?

Rice city near capital should come soon. It's close (low maintenance and quick travel time) and it'll be able to work a few cottages for the capital. And the sooner it starts working them the sooner they'll be all grown up.

The Great Lighthouse was a GREAT grab. We have 8 coastal cities now, and each one has 2 extra 2C TR's ... so it's netting us 32 commerce (or about 1/8th of our total economy...if my math is right) and keeping us at 50% even when we found new cities! All cities founded on salt water get the routes apparently, not just those on seas large enough to build ships because Blimp is getting 4 TR's. (NOTE: we just ran our of foreign routes with our final city plant frown)

Here are the 0% research demos (since we're research a double-prereq tech the 100% is absurdly high). Check out the 60-Commerce net from foreign routes! Compare that with our overall GNP!

It was PURE COINCIDENCE that I chose this turn to do a full report (and actually had time for it). I did not realize until just now that it is 1AD crazyeye ... Here are the graphs from this turn just to be complete cool

I can take tomorrow's turn but not my Thursday sorry.
I think our next settler should to north or we'll be shut out.
Move axes into paradigm as AT can't one move us (no horse) keep cats back, they can't use fortify.
I thought globe was on azza border, but lets wait to see if that s an issue (he dead or not, azza border=pork chops)
No walls in east, it can build lib if metra builds any culture build there.
Sorry for bad grammer.
