I agree, suddenly asking "who is your trading partner" seems very suddenly blunt to me.

So what are the chances of the other teams closing borders with us now we have the great library? Hopefully they don't band together to do so, as that would isolate us diplomatically.

Great Lighthouse you must mean ... don't think there is diplomatic unity enough for it to happen (mainly because it doesn't seem like a map where its extremely strong)

Yay! We should probably reply with a "thanks and just to clarify..." making sure there's still a rolling 10t cooldown (earliest attack on t170)
If things keep being easy, we could further suggest closing some NAP loopholes: gifting, 3rd party army ROP, etc.

They specifically stated "extended" so I think that implicitly includes the rolling 10t agreement in it.
