Hunt Valley, MD is right in Sullla's backyard. smile Is there going to be a Realms Beyond presence there? I'm free that weekend and could go, though it wouldn't be cheap between travel from NJ and hotel and the con itself.

I'll go if there will be an RB presence.

Also T-Hawk, I'm 80 minutes from the convention spot, but I can offer a (nice) air mattress or couch for someone who wants to avoid the $120 hotel fee.

I was planning on going until Qantas offered stupidly reduced tickets home - going to be in Oz that weekend.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

I'm not planning on going, but any and all of you are welcome to stop by this area for a drink. smile I live less than an hour's drive away from Hunt Valley, and there are several other RBers in this area too (sunrise, Atlas, etc.)

All I know about Baltimore is what I've learnt from watching The Wire. I'm sure it will be just like that at CivCon. Maybe there will be a big East Side vs West Side team game?

I'm sure Sullla has a more nuanced impression than I do, but I've traveled into Baltimore three times. Each time I've been worried I'd not make it out alive. But that said, CivCon is in a suburb, probably a nice one.
