We popped Gold at Blimp ... too bad that didn't happen a lot sooner since we're about to get one from Apocalypse. That's one less hammer per turn for about 6 commerce, plus the extra happy about 4 turns early.

I selected another HA at Porcupine, but that's the only city that asked for a build when I logged in.




Here is Taj coming EOT! We overcame the setback ... Thanks 2metra for taking Google for a couple turns! We need to work the plains hill to complete Taj this turn. Do we risk waiting? I think not. On the other hand we'll only have 400 gold saved up for teching already, and we'll probably need more to get through Guilds > Banking in 7 turns ... but still I think not. Maybe we can pawn Nationalism off to a couple other people for some gold? Nobody bit at 300 gold, maybe 200? That still saves us 2 turns of 0%.




Here's Google, already with 39% culture for us. Even if 2metra won't trade it back it's only a matter of time before it flips (Anybody know the mechanic for culture flips? Does it just need to have >50% for a chance at flipping?). I'd try getting it back without trading ivory (maybe a little gold) but I'll leave that to you. I didn't do anything in game except chop with the Taj workers and swap Kayak to the Plains Hill.
