I've seen these pop up in non-PB games with my friends, or at least the first one, and it never caused any problems. IDK what they mean, though.

Second I have a somehow noob question and I thought to just ask here.
If everybody end turn right now, the new turn start immediately or we have to wait until the full 24 hour pass?

Yeah, Sunrise has to change it in the Pitboss software. No biggie though. Everyone can just imagine that it's a 24 hour timer and that after that your PYFT rating will start to take a hit. lol hammer
