Please tell me that everyone else is watching these games. The 1 vs 1 duels have been hilarious (Cait vs Cait, Nunu vs Annie, Twitch vs Heimerdinger?!) and the team games have been incredibly exciting. If you've never watched the pro games before, this would be a fantastic time to start.

All of the matches have been fully of entertaining stuff. I hope that viewers stuck around and watched the series between the Chinese and Taiwanese teams, it was fantastic.
Watching the reruns of those matches since I missed them when they came live. Man! I'm so excited about the Magma Chamber map already. I'm kinda disappointed that it's gonna come in S4.
I watched most of the matches, it's rather unfortunate team EU has had a subpar performance. China is really impressive, especially their AD Carry WeiXiao has an incredible KDA.
For anyone who has missed the streams: Day 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bB_6Bmh4_9w Day 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzNYdkev18o (May 25th, 2013, 13:02)Gustaran Wrote: I watched most of the matches, it's rather unfortunate team EU has had a subpar performance. I found the day 1 teamgames somewhat underwhelming as both series went as most predicted, still the firstblood and baron steal in the first NA game was cool, less cool when the chinese team did the same in the 2nd game and completed a devastating comeback. Enjoying the 1v1's and 2v2's although they could use a longer lane IMO as melee champs don't have the time and space to be effective. The Caitlyn 1v1 really showed off Diamonds superior AD mechanics compared to that other guy.

Holy cow, the Korean all stars are like a machine!
Very impressive display in the finals, I especially liked their risk free approach. No stupid dives or risky Baron attempts that gave the enemy team even the slightest chance for a comeback. That Jayce poke was just devastating (Riot nerf inc?) and the the jungle Gragas was the icing on the cake.
Scarra posted a very detailed run-down of his perspective on each game NA played here: http://www.team-dignitas.net/articles/bl...eflection/
As always, I'm in awe at the high level that pros think about the game - detailed thoughts about the interactions between specific match-ups, starting buys, changing objectives as the game progresses, etc, etc. It's very impressive. |
