Our scout led a charmed life I gave him 4 turns of life max with the best luck after getting redlined by that lion, and he lived to travel halfway around the world!
The most likely course of event though is that you'll end next turn by a panther and I'll have to spend the rest of my time healing rather than marching towards that triple gold.

Well we tried that before and our scout killed the panther he knew about, only to be eaten by the panther we didn't know about on the one tile it could possibly be hiding on.

Hey, why did everyone play the turn already? Don't they realize I didn't leave enough instructions to keep up a fast pace?
Maybe I'll play another turn when I leave the office when I go to lunch (if I can find Internet access somewhere easily)...time to go war driving!
But Cornflakes, if I haven't played the turn within about 10 hours I'm probably not going to for today, so feel free to grab it. What time zone are you in -- I don't want to hand the turn over to you at an obnoxious or inconvenient time for you.

I'm in Eastern time, USA. My playing window runs about 10pm-midnight and in the morning for about an hour (exact hour varies by day). Since you're not worried about keeping up the quick turn pace there really isn't an obnoxious time for me ... I can just let it slide on until it's convenient to play

OK, that's pretty close to my play schedule - US Eastern and I play after work or before work (unlike BGN I can't play at work!) So if I don't play the turn tonight feel free to grab it tomorrow morning. That should drag it out enough that you won't have to play more than the 2 or 3 turns we've prepared for. With apologies to the other players who really play fast, of course!

Guilt got the better of me and i stopped on the road to play two turns. Cornflakes, if you're willing can you log in and post the overview map? Chariot found a barb city that will need investigating and maybe capturing . I posted a sign for a possible city...and i think agriculture should be our tech target now...can you swap research to ag?
Doubt there will be another open hotspot on the way tonight...you may be on auto pilot until tomorrow...maybe i can check in then. Thanks, but don't stress to much here, if we end up having to pause because i impulsively played tonight at least the players got an extra turn today.

Ok, research set to Ag. I took the picture but am on the way out so will post later (I was in the demogame when you posted and hopped over to yours quick before closing out civ).

I did post another update here, but it's somehow been eaten
I don't have time to re-post the pictures from T51 this morning. I played T52, and since there are still half the people left to play you'll be good until Monday. I'll post again with more detail from both turns this afternoon.

Ok, here's the overview shot requested from T50 ...
Spoiler contains 2 other overview shots with the interface on, and demographics from T50 and 51 (I didn't grab T52). Now for T51 update again. That barb warrior got 3 hits on your chariot, bringing him down to 2.9/4, so I healed in place. Xenu uncovered a single uninteresting jungle tile.
T52 I decided not to risk the chariot so I healed again. Next turn he'll be back up to 3.7/4. Xenu move 1S, revealing 3 more uninteresting jungle tiles.
Chopped a forest into a settler at Mr. Love according to the sign.
Since it hasn't rolled to T53 yet you'll have until at least mid-afternoon Monday to play.

Thanks for covering this weekend. I'll play tomorrow morning before work and get this rolling again. Will comment on your posts after I reread them on a PC and can see the photos properly. Looks like things went well, I appreciate your time and effort.
