Redemption: Granary - Settler - Axe
Moria: Granary - Axe
Waterdeep: Axe - Granary - Axe Pretty much what I am thinking. It will take only one turn to finish the warrior @ Waterdeep (once we are working the copper mine) and we can't afford to send an axe north to spawn bust (need those for defense) just yet. We need to get some unit up towards the horses though, otherwise a barb city could spawn and that would be disastrous if it prevents us from settling the horses. We send the warrior first and then an axe as soon as we have a spare (3rd? maybe)
Good point! Finish the warrior first.
What will be our tech path after Writing? Masonry?

What will be our tech path after Writing? Masonry? So we don't get burned...axe to sz 2 (should have 5H invested so can be 1 pop whipped in emergency)->finish warrior (1t)->back to axe->1 pop whip axe->granary->axe. If done right (and we aren't forced to whip prior), we should be able to time the axe whip with the PF chop so the granary finishes before the city regrows to sz 2. I haven't calculated it yet, but I'm pretty sure it is doable.
I was thinking Masonry after Writing. Although settling the horses is the priority after desert hill, we still want to settle Mid city soon afterwards. I see no reason to not at least give the Mids a shot. We'll need more troops (and WCs to protect our axes) before settling the front line cities (plus Fishing for the two with seafood). We need Masonry for Construction and even if we don't land the Mids, the fail gold would really help get us to Construction (assuming we can put enough hammers into it).

Looks like Gavagai is moving towards our borders...
Spent ~40 minutes or so thinking about the worker micro and predicting possible moves Gavagai could make. Although he might just stay on the hill as a sentry, he could also harass our workers as they try to cottage the FP and mine the gold. Also possible he plans on settling the hill. New micro plan...
The granary will have 39H invested EOT. Next turn, we switch the build to an axe and will work the GHF for 1t @ sz 2 before switching to the FP (6H into the axe). Even if he bee lines Moria, we have just enough time to whip an axe to completion and either kill the warrior or force him to retreat. Stimpy will chop the GHF next so we don't have to whip the granary. If Gavagai doesn't move forward we'll switch back to the granary T56 and complete it T57 before whipping the axe. We'll chop 2 forests near Waterdeep so we can complete its granary asap. If possible, I'd like to finish the granary there too before whipping. Alas, should have gone south...
The demos...
Axes are in play.

Sounds like a good plan! As long as we can keep adjusting.
Lets send the scout towards the horses site to spawnbust.

Lets send the scout towards the horses site to spawnbust. We'll send a warrior next turn towards the horses. Barb warriors are out now so the scout would be better used to keep an eye on Gavagai.

Sounds good as well.
Ghandi can move south again, no more land tiles to scout.
And it seems like Gavagai is gone again. Back to plan A?
