Sedoa probably attacking this turn

Assembly line coming in. I'll probably take a detour to Biology next. I've significant amount of farms and it would make it easier to handle drafting Infantries.

Serdoa is in. Xenu doesn't have even close to enough to handle this at the moment. At least he should give up Blue and Black fish and concentrate his forces until he can really do damage.

Also it is a bit problematic that Yuri in charge now until Xenu comes back. He might ask for pause.

After taking a closer look at Serdoa's stack it does not have enough siege. Serdoa should have waited couple of turns to get just few cannons alongside. This should give Xenu possibility to make this very expensive for Serdoa. Grenadiers don't get that great odds against healthy Lbows and Muskets inside cities.

This city has some big projects coming. 1st ones will be Pentagon and Ironworks after I've got Factory and Coal plant finished. It has +6 health at the moment. If I've understood things correctly
Factory is +1 from building +2 from coal and a bit later +2 from oil. Coal plant is +2 from Building and Ironworks is +2. So it would end up -3 health initially. This should be manageable.

After thinking I switched to Steel instead of Biology. I shouldn't rely on being able to steal Steel since it is prerequisite for all the rest of my important techs so I'll try to steal Biology instead. I estimate I could be ready to steal Biology after 10T. When I've enough passive EPs on Serdoa and then investing 1T for 100% EPs would make it possible unless he fires counter espionage mission, when I'll naturally try to do without it. Stealing would delay my tech plan by 1T. Biology is 11592 beakers and stealing it will cost 6000-7000 EPs in optimal conditions.

Concerning beaker accumulation there are variations depending on when I can launch my Golden Age. That should be 10-20T since I'll be getting 2 Great persons on that time frame and both of them being Merchant/Artist is very low odds occurence. However for simplicity's sake I'm assuming below no Golden age. Without Golden Age I assume ~2100 bpt over the next 20T.

Tech costs and multipliers are these:
Steel 9016 (22%)
Artillery 12880 (20%)
Railroad 14490 (20%)
Combustion 11592 (20%)

I've about 500 overflow beakers at the moment so

Steel 4T: 500 + 2562*4 = 10748 => ~1700 OF
Artillery 5T: 1700 + 2520*5 = 14300 => ~1400 OF
Railroad 6T: 1400 + 2520*6 = 16520 => ~2000 OF
Combustion 4T: 2000 + 2520*4 = 12080

Early golden age should speed up things ~2T and stealing Bio would delay things for 1T so it should be ~20T to get there no matter what. After that most likely target will be Lewger and sabotaging their cultural attempt, but depending on how things look like I could do something else also.

Little comments concerning the late game changes for this mod. No real experience on these yet, but I've used some time to think these through.

Cristo Redentor feels overpriced unless I've understood wrongly what it does. Is it possible for small nation to get a civic switch without Anarchy with this 50% reduction? My civic switches are 2T anarchy so I guess that would be dropped to 1, but I've hard time finding a situation where I would like to switch civics out from Golden age. Only benefit would then be to get a civic switch every 3T during golden age (assuming 50% is rounded up to 3T) Not really worth 1000 hammers. Maybe 75% reduction to civic switches would be better in case "No anarchy" is possible if I would switch just 1 civic at a time

Free Speech is now bad, when you can't combine it with Free Market or State Property. This is big hit on cottage economies. I guess this was the intention, but this affects to the late game tech rate that has already been made a challenge with the high tech costs.

I've tried to imagine how new "Nukes" work and if they would be useful.

Concerning both nukes their IAirCombatLimit is <100. This means they can't kill the unit they're attacking against. I find this odd when even guided missile can kill so that is 1 change I would make. The Air combat system makes sure that you can't fully kill a healthy unit with just 1 hit no matter how high the base strength is.

ICBM - Big range, massive price tag (900 hammers) and collateral damage for 12 units. Too expensive. Might be useful in some very rare case where you can't hit some city with any other means. To give more flavor to these I would allow them killing units with collateral i.e. not limit their collateral to 75%. Big price tag would still mean that these would be very rarely built. Combat mathematics are such that you need ~5 hits of collateral before units really start to die even against very weak units like warriors.

Tactical nuke - Price tag 300 is more reasonable, but still not really worth it. I would allow it to kill units with collateral damage. Then I think 300 would be quite alright. It still can only affect very limited amount of defenders.

Wasn't the idea behind the nuke change to prevent them killing units, as as is, 2-3 tacs would kill armies?

Well these nukes wouldn't be nearly as effective as the orginals even with full kill options e.g. ICBM has huge combat strength 160, but still can't kill healthy warrior with one shot no matter what. Also you need 4 rounds of ICBMs to start killing only collateral inflicted warriors. Strange thing is also that infantries wouldn't do much better and start dying with 5 ICBMs (This is the effect of very high base strength that makes the the value of defenders pretty irrelevant.) The main questions of course is that would you be willing to invest 3600-4500 hammers to kill ~12 units for certain? You can imagine situations like this, but this is by no means certain win button and it doesn't make the Fission beeline nescessary.

I guess Serdoa came to same conclusion as me. Not enough siege. Bad news for Xenu. He has nothing to fight against Cannons. Xenu also got Great General. Serdoa attacked Carrack and apparently lost.
