Also, chop more!
Yup I need workers. Just got cows hooked up for Aladdin, and starting on the corn for Iago next turn (finished road this turn). Jasmine will pop borders very soon and we can connect the gold. I have a third worker improving the core cities. We need to get more of them asap. So far we've managed to only work improved tiles, but our cities will be growing and we have five of them. Not sure I agree about skipping hunting, especially when it's so cheap. Also good to see you are still following along, Q

Hunting you want to skip so you can build cheap MP.
I also don't think chariots/axes spawn for a while on monarch - I don't remember any difficulty with axes in the early game in PB 9, and I never saw any chariots. And yeah, improved tiles are good, but we want more choppers to keep up expanding!

Cheap MP, what's that?
I'm not worried about barbarian chariots, but player ones that are scouting and stumble upon a lightly defended city. Speaking of PB9, it's what I would have done to AT, if I hadn't just double moved not knowing that there would be a city in the fog :P

Military Police. Both for during monarchy and for the one you need for backline cities.

You've got a pretty defensible peninsular (at least from land attack), warriors will be more or less sufficient solely for the Hereditary Rule happiness (which I assume is part of the plan, since you've already gone through most of the religious techs).
Just remain vigilant for any potential seaborne attacks.

If you see Mongolia coming forth with an army of Keshiks, you 1 turn Hunting and whip some spears.

I agree - we (should?) have their graphs, they're quite far away, and keshiks aren't terrifying.

Wow Gavagai and Bacchus just took a city from JesterFool and Nakor. Early religion and early rush as Elizabeth of England
