[SPOILERS]The Tyrant realizes that once the world burns it gets really boring....

Chariot needs to heal but yeah, you could be right. Maybe he put two turns of road in this turn and will add one more next turn?

Of course he doesn't know my chariot is there yet. Unless he moves forward (and honestly why wouldn't he move forward onto the hill?) he won't see us. I need to heal the chariot for a few turns, it was at 2.something strength after killing a barb warrior this turn. I guess once he spots the chariot I could be a jerk and keep the chariot stacked on top of the axe so that whenever I want to kill it I can. We don't have much military in the north but if Stars Above takes the seafood back from Suck Magic it has a 10 food surplus, still has a big happy cap, and can whip units pretty hard if needed. I kinda hope he's not settling in a way that interferes with our planned silver/marble spot (you agree on settling that right?), he's had enough trouble with us for one game. Then again...we'll do what we have to, if we smack you again...sorry Kuro.

Played: Pitboss 18 - Kublai Khan of Germany Somalia | Pitboss 11 - De Gaulle of Byzantium | Pitboss 8 - Churchill of Portugal | PB7 - Mao of Native America | PBEM29 Greens - Mao of Babylon

Don't have any sympathy for him. If he doesn't like us being a bully, he should fight better. Stay cutthroat. I like the idea of standing on his axe, but that would telegraph our punch and he'd get a spear into the presumed new city. But yes, let's take the marble and keep failgold cheesing it up. We'll be growing onto cottages soon, and the economy is slowly getting better. We'll get off this sham economy eventually. CoL is going to be tremendous. Forges then courthouses for everyone. Don't forget our smattering of cats and xbows though. We can mash with those, right about now. We'll chat some on longterm strategy tomorrow maybe while we're hoofing it through Atlanta.

T136 - Screens only, played turn with BGN, taking pictures on this laptop is almost impossible so reporting....is lax.

So, what's going on?

Update soonish. I don't always have time in the mornings to update and having to jump through two networks to get to a desktop 4,000ish miles away I can connect to RB with (on a significant lag) is a bit of a barrier to posting much from work. I have a few pictures from the last several turns, but nothing much is going on. Forges, markets, some units, a settler, courthouses soon. War eventually, but not yet. And our economy is still terrible. I think that covers most of it.

OK, so I'm behind on reporting a bit after the weekend away.

First, for Brick...toast

Is this what the fighting was all about in PB8? lol

It certainly was good.

But on closer inspection...

Give peace a chance next time too! neenerneener

T137 - We haven't changed much over the last few turns. Mostly trying to get up infrastructure without the benefit of organized religion, which sucks. Our civ sucks too.

Ceil planted a new city in the east like I thought they would, so that's annoying. But it's also another city to defend, splitting their forces for whenever we decide to move in. But since our economy is still wrecked we can't really afford more cities anyway, so they're not going to die just yet.

Up north we were preparing a settler to send to the silver/marble spot. More on that later.

Lame ass demos.

T138 - Eh...just going to post pictures, it's worker movements and infrastructure builds.

Nothing to see here, move along.

Moai was being built somewhere on each of these turns, btw. We'll be rich one day.

T139 - Hey what's that up in the ice?

ENHANCE!

Are we going to have to slap Kuro's hand again? I bet a crossbow would be handy. Oh, wait, we're already building one. (But I wasn't paying attention and screwed up the hammer count, yeah, 2 pop whips with a forge require stopping at 22 hammers, not 29 hammers for a 2 pop whip. We had 23. Derp. Adjust plan, see T140.)

Down south:

Building Moai in The Boathouse now. I've lost count of how many cities we've basically completed it in but it has to be a lot by now.

Mercifully, I forgot to take a shot of F9. dance
