When Arsenal is bad, do people emphasize the "Arse" part of the name? Or maybe only people in Liverpool or whoever their rival is.

Dunno about people, but fans tend to emphasize the Arse part at most times. Biggest fanpage is called Arseblog. And their rivals are called Spurs which would fit in with your silly naming theme, or Scum which sounds more usefull for rivalcity naming theme.
