Perhaps a few hammers in a spear would be a good idea too. I'd like to get a couple of bowmen out into the jungle to fog bust, give advanced warning, find dtay and farm some xp. Maybe keep an eye on the river valley too.
If anyone can explain how war weariness works we could guess what yurimack and suttree have been up to...

I just quickly found this. Endor is surely better (no idea what it is though)

Yeah, let's try to get sentries out there!!

I completely forgot to check that as I was blocking someone from accessing the game.. If either one of them has any WW that would be great news.. EDIT: No WW, but there has been war (-3 relations)
In the game there is no war weariness, but a peace treaty is in place. I think Suttree has spent 236 EPs on YuriMack while they've spent 134 on him, but it could be the other way around. At a guess that would be because Suttree was trying to keep his graphs from YM while building up an axe army, but Mackoti's paranoia didn't let them fall for it. I think we want to move away from Sutree's city (NW) next turn and not give him an excuse to use those axes...
Three things I like are that our close neighbours have fought an ancient-era war, our scout is coming from the south so Suttree's axes don't know where to find us and his stack of axes is on the south side of the empire.
There's a barb warrior approaching in the south. We are going to finish a bowman EOT72 in Agincourt so if it detours towards the east, our first archery unit can take care of it.. However, if it beelines Cannae we should have ~99 % odds to win the fight (C1, river crossing, fortify bonus, city defence, barb city defence). Our happiness situation also allows us to bring the 2nd warrior from the capital so we won't probably be even forced to take that 1 % risk of losing the city.. Unless of course something happens in the east..
Scout has not been moved yet.
Demos in nutshell 5-5-5:
Based on graphs it seems that Yurimack is having a good start. They of course get the EXP boost, but they also have surely been disturbed somewhat by suttree.

Just been through the save stack and it gets a big from me - the way you've got everything timed is just silky. This is what I signed up for!
I'm not entirely happy with how much we're 2-pop whipping, but the library and galley both need to be done quick, so they are the right decisions... Question one: I like that we're always working a lot of tiles in Agincourt, but why not 1-whip the t80 settler a few turns earlier? Is it so the road to G can complete?
Question two: do we settle for the pigs on the jungle or the forest? The jungle seems obvious, but improving the pigs earlier could be useful. On t78 we could move the galley around the coast to (hopefully) uncover more land before settling, rather than moving it into F. I'd also suggest that we move the bowman to uncover the potential BFC for F before we commit to the jungle (although that could be risky, best have the option to jump back on the galley if trouble is around). I'd also like to send the scout over (if he survives that long) to see if there are any huts that haven't been popped yet. I had another go at fog gazing and I'm now going to say it is a different continent. Or that I have no idea.
Question three: Could one of the bowmen getting built in D & E be a spear? I haven't been paying anyone enough attention to know if they have HBR yet, but I don't think they have, and we're surrounded by jungle to the south making 2-movers less useful. In fact I think I've just talked myself out of it. Lets wait until we think someone techs HBR before bothering!
Question four: On T81 Agincourt starts on a bowman - how about a work boat to do a bit of exploring before hooking up the whale?
BTW, I jumped in to rename Endor and saw you'd done it already. I had a look at the Suttree and YuriMack land and I wonder if Sutree's empire is to the north or the east of that city... Do we need to leave the scout still until Suttree plays?
And we're not just 5-5-5 on demos, we're also up to fifth on the scoreboard.

Thanks! And what comes to your questions/suggestions, I think I'm on board with all of them. I would say that current micro plan is fairly well thought out until ~T75/T76 and after that it's kind of an illustration what we could be doing or maybe a rough baseline for our future planning.
Especially I agree that we have to suck it and lose those 30 hammers and settle the city F on the forest instead of that jungle. Not having the pig in the first ring means that we will get it improved ~15 turns later. 15 turns x 3 extra foodhammers > 30 hammers from the forest so I think that "settle next to pig, improve it and whip/chop barracks" still wins..
I haven't paid attention when yurimack and suttree have been playing, but I think we are still clearly in the peace mode. So, let's just do our stuff and if some opportunities for cheesy moves appear, we simply skip them..
Our scout survived.. Next move? I think I would also like to know how suttree has planted his cities..
Breaking news:
If I understand civstats correctly: Either Pindicator or WilliamLP razed a size 1 city from Ichabod/Wetbandit..
Damn these teams are making a good effort to please the lurkers. I guess we have to suck it, play simcity for a while and try to steal the show in the mid-game with sailing city raider maces or double-promoted knights..
It looks like Pindicooter have been playing before Ichabandit for the last few turns while WilliamLP hasn't, so it must be them.
I'm not totally sold on settling F on either the jungle or the forest yet - I think we need to see the rest of the BFC (and possible neighbours) before we can decide. The dye and river would be nice...
