More likely than Stoke winning it.
On a more serious note, I think Liverpool will fade. Arsenal just need Ozil to get injured, and I think that's a serious possibility, and they'll be out of the running. That leaves Tottenham as the only team above 7 points and whilst I think they have a deep enough squad I just don't see huge stand out talent. So, sure, if I had to pick 1 team, I'd say Chelsea.
