No - our team of say 8 people (however many sign up) play 2 games each against a separate team of 8 people from some other nebulous chess organization

Only One Account
Members may only have ONE Chess.com account. Members who create more than one account may have all accounts closed.

And don't worry about playing slowly, everybody knows the time limit is 1move/24hours. If you only want to play one move per day then that's your call.
