Let's post in the IT thread that we need a replacement turn player and see if that kills the game. If not I can probably play at least some of the turns.

If we need someone else to just literally mail in a turn occasionally I can probably do it, on weekdays. The main danger is that I'll feel compelled to actually play well... Since the others wanted to play on I presume they have some kind of invasion planned, so we can probably just wait for that in the short term? Once railroad is in we should check to see if we can railroad our way through TEAM's territory and hit the Pirates with a surprise stack of cavalry. (Can we build railroads in TEAM's territory? If not, never mind.) Other than that, hurting M3 would certainly be a good goal in itself, even if it doesn't make much sense tactically speaking.

Understandeable. No harm staying on defense and try to build up our economy. No one has a good shot at attacking us through land for a long time, even if they would come simultaneously. You could then send some of our Cavs to defend the Coastal cities since they're most vulnerable and keep our Cannon/Rifle stack in central position to reach main fronts in the west.
