All healthy phracts moved east to either clean up Suttree attackers or attack his city if sisub accepts OB. Other stack is healing. On city replacement, until we can strangle Suttree's stack, we have to be cautious, which means not settling immediately. After we hit his stack we settle wherever is optimal.

What would you think about moving one of our phracts stacks into Oxyland? That would help with coordination.

Moving into Oxy's land will be good once we know we can defend the giant salient our current borders create. Unless you're willing to consider the trading empires thing and don't care of we both get behind enemy lines and begin razing each other's cities.... I have a feeling Suttree will withdraw his force back into his territory after he kills off Sisub, though. We probably won't get a clean kill shot on his full stack.

Pretty much regardless of what the sim tells me, I'm going to plow in. We won't have a better shot to kill all those guerrilla1 musketeers on flat land. I'd give a good bit to have a settler available to plop down a city to fight in our borders for bonus GG points. This is going to be an absolute bloodbath.
