I don't want to question the game's quality, but I wonder why an almost 10 year old game has still a normal asking price of 20 Euros?

And I don't consider 5 Euros that cheap given that something like Deus Ex: Human Revolution was available for less money during sales already.

Good game definitely. Alternatively Path of Exile. Both are good - definitely better than D3 in its current state imo.
