The game is just so good. It's really well polished, and has obviously been put together with love. One thing you don't necessarily get from streams is just how tactile the game feels. I think that's a really big selling point... it's just satisfying, somehow.
In any case, I went through all the tutorial stuff, which was quite amusing and well put together, and unsurprisingly hopped straight into the Arena. My first deck was a reasonable Druid deck, but it was a little too slow, and after a strong start it faded a little in the middle of the run. It's really noticeable how the difficulty ramps up as the number of wins increases; I hadn't known that at first, but now I do it's apparent. (I think my first opponent played a Nightblade...)
The first run finished 6-3 anyway, which was a reasonable start, and I jumped back in this morning with a strong Mage deck. I drafted three Flamestrikes, which I thought may have been one too many. But no -- it's just so good. I'm never unhappy to see it; even when my opponent has one minion on the board, it's just such a potent threat. I'm currently 6-0, but won't have time to finish the game off until tonight.
