Okay, after consultation with my moral compass shadyforce (since obviously my double move ethical compass is in the shop)
, it was determined that the following did not violate the letter nor the spirit of the law.
T152 (last turn) - I moved first, just about when the turn rolled. Exploit moved later on in the turn. Most of my units including workers moved when I moved, and since Exploit had moved since then, and 9 hours had passed, I could use any of my units that had not moved since then (most of them were holed up in the city). On a somewhat related note, a "Rego Destroying" spy was caught at Lockland last turn.
So, I used 3 of my workers to road the desert, and then hit his stack of 7 elephants, 2 pikes and 3 cats with my stack. I made up for some crappy luck earlier with outstanding luck here!
Cat loses to Elephant @ 4.9
Cat loses to Elephant @ 4.9
Cat withdraws! vs. Elephant @ 15.1
C2Form Mace beats Elephant @ 97.6%
C2 Mace beats Elephant @ 91.1%
At this point I still had 3 maces left, but there were 2 pikes, and my best (C2) knights had only 47% odds. I checked my cats and they had 42% odds to withdraw, so I sent them in
Cat withdraws! vs. Pike @ 42.2
Cat withdraws! vs. Ele @ 71.2%
Then it was all mopup as I cleaned up the rest of the stack (the 2 pikes, 3 eles and 3 cats) @ 95+% odds, without a loss.
Total loss of 690 hammers for him vs. 100 for me.
Here's where we're at now.
