A Union army led by David Hunter raided Lexington, Virginia during the Civil War and burned the Virginia Military Institute, in retaliation for a corp of Keydets taking part in a battle about 80 miles away in New Market. Lexington is also the final resting place of both General Lee and Stonewall Jackson. The Shenandoah Valley, where Lexington is located, was a pretty hot spot for Civil War activity in Virginia.
Game Relevant: Your plan looks good. I will try and look at the end and make some suggestions. I forgot to do that. Been totally swamped at work.

Settler moves NE-E-E
Founds city #4 on T65
Gettysburg works wheat + cows + cottage + 2 scientists at size 5, generates Great Scientist in 9t (T73); this also allows whip penalty to wear off.
Antietam finishes Granary on T65, then probably builds some military (chariots/axes). Maybe double-whip another settler at size 4.
Chancellorsville finishes Granary T65, wide open for development afterwards. Library? Grow to size 3/4 and chop/whip worker or settler?
I'm also going to update the first page with some of Speaker's pictures from Turn 50, on the nice even number. Later today we should see where our amazing teleporting warrior ends up!

Lurkers, ask some of the other teams to post 3 overview screenshots like we did, for posterity. It would be cool to do a side-by-side comparison of all the teams at each 50-turn interval at the end of the game.

Domestic adviser probably belongs in that pile of screenshots.
Oh, and Sulla: Those spoiler images don't accomplish much if they load after the big pictures in post #2.

Was just looking at your state of the nation picture... it looks like the core area has been scoured by an aggressive logging company and made ready for the McFarmers to move in?
A good look in Civ!

Interestingly, the horse is now inside our borders for some reason. So I switched back to our original plan and had Worker A and C pasture it.
Worker D finished the chop on the silk for Chancelorsville.
Worker B put in the first turn of mining at Antietam.
Here's the situation with our amazing teleporting warrior.
I moved him west onto the forest, and I am not sure what to do next. I'm thinking we heal him up to 2.0 and then proceed east?
Check it out Sullla, and end the turn once you are done.

Much earlyer you said that there are about 250 extra land tiles so where do you think they are. all on the islands or in the middle of the donut.
Naval exploration a factor at all.

Oh great, now I have to rewrite the whole development plan again! Seriously, it's great news that we have those horses in our territory a turn early, on the original turn we expected. I have no idea why we grabbed that tile between turns though...
Nice work with the units, Speaker. I agree that we park Chamberlain on that forest for two turns and heal up to full. Then we head east and hopefully stumble into someone. Jowy said that sunrise was "due east", so we'll make that our general course.
The only change I made was to move Jubal Early out of the capital:
We have a warrior completing next turn to guard Gettysburg. (There's our McClellan!) Jubal Early will ultimately be the military police for Pink, but in the intervening dozen turns, let's make a loop through that unexplored south and reveal some tiles down there. The next three moves for Jubal should be SE-SE-SE onto the spices.
Would you believe it: zero score increases anywhere so far this turn! First time that has happened since T18, and probably the last time it'll happen in the entire game. Obviously that means no techs discovered and no pop increases/decreases.
Jowy did build an archer last turn, however. Jowy's got 1 scout, 1 warrior, and 2 archers while Dantski has 3 warriors and 1 skirmisher. I say go ahead and build those defensive units instead of building workers - good news for us!
EDIT: The extra land is either offshore (we need to check how big that island is to our west) or on a large island in the center of the Donut. Neither one would surprise me. I'd be advocating for some scouting work boats already if we had any coastal cities.
