3. Write a report with screenshot placeholders (such as **SCREENSHOT #5**) in word or something else first. Good for spell checking (although spell checker hates a lot of Civ words) and lets you see where you need to elaborate further or delete fairly useless text.

This is the way I write my reports ... in note pad of all places. However, I use the screenshot number that civ gives it as the place holder. If I am planning on building a pic (pulling things from different screenshots), I will say "0014 with inserts from 0015 and 0016."

Once you have that in place, you can dump it directly into your thread if you don't want to create your own web site.

4. You can never take enough screenshots ingame, I always hate when I talk about something important but forgot to take a screen of it. Problem here is if you've finished the game its a bit late for this!
