Hey guys, I"m been trying to load up the Mod and once I log onto the game it instantly crashes, and I get a message before it disappears. The only thing I got was something about a save.

Does it say RB Mod 2.0.6.4 in the top right corner of your screen once you've loaded the mod?
I have to run.

I had a similar problem and it was related to RB mod folder. I was able to launch the mod, but I crashed when trying to connect the game. Somehow the folder was protected and I had to change the usage rights of it. Maybe just delete the current folder and try to copy RB Mod into mod folder again? :P

Pretty sure this problem has been solved already in this thread. You could try rereading it.
Or redownload the mod, unblock the zip file, unzip to correct location, make sure you don't have two levels of RB Mod 2.0.6.4 folders, and verify that you can play a single player RB Mod game with its changes in effect.
I have to run.

Yes, I verified that, the only thing I haven't tried out is the usage rights, which I'm not sure how to change.

BaII, not sure what you mean about usage rights. I mean, you can right click the mod folder, select properties->security->edit and e.g. add Full control to the Everyone role, but I don't think user access rights are causing your problem anyway. It's worth a shot, I suppose.
However, did you make sure that the zip file you downloaded wasn't blocked by the operating system? After downloading the zip file, right click it and select properties. If you see the circled "Unblock" button, make sure to click it before you unzip the file.
If you don't unblock it, all unzipped files will be tagged as coming from another computer, and Windows might refuse to run your CvGameCoreDLL.dll.
I have to run.
