BTW, a good friend of mine is a cop who worked the Honduras/Brazil game in Miami. He had tons of pictures of Brazil fans dressed up in Carnival regalia, and lots of funny stories of the fans having a good time. No fights, no beheadings, but lots and lots of drinking .

I recently read a very interesting article about the influence of the Barra Bravas (hooligans organized into an association, something like that) in the management of Independiente (the club that named our second city). Unfortunately, it's in portuguese. The situation there is so bad that the players and coaches of the club have to give a part of their salary to the members of the Barra (well, they would have to give a part of their salary, if they received their salary in the first place - the club is broken).

Third city is an obvious reference to Alemannia Aachen, a RL West side from the city, who had some success in the early noughties, but have hit on hard times.

It has nothing to do with the default city list for the HRE, as Aachen was never capital of the HRE.
