Is it possible to get an overview of the game?

Overview as in setup or map as it currently stands?

Setup is basically: 5 Deity AIs play a game up until 1AD, and then we start the PBEM there, allowing players to take on a questionably led empire. The map is a greened up Tectonic map, and the game was set to Always Peace for the generation to make sure no one was unduly hampered by fruitless BC era warring.

That's pretty much it for the setup. As for the map and where everyone actually starts out at, well, I figured I'd leave that for the players to show with their initial posts.

So forests indeed.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

I wonder how much of the player interactions will involve declaring war and hoping your enemy razes a couple of your cities so you can fix your dotmap....

Played: Pitboss 18 - Kublai Khan of Germany Somalia | Pitboss 11 - De Gaulle of Byzantium | Pitboss 8 - Churchill of Portugal | PB7 - Mao of Native America | PBEM29 Greens - Mao of Babylon

Might be one of the few games where Serfdom is actually viable... hardly any workers. Loads of crappy AI-made "improvements" to fix. Loads of forests. And, of course, they'll be some economic recovery needed because Deity AIs have much lower maintenance than Noble humans, and there are hardly any cottages.
Okay Mansa, I'll take Printing Press for Liberalism. Now where did I put my cannons?

All of the AI having a reserve Settler is cute. I think that might be a holdover from waaay back in the Civ III days, where the AI always kept a Settler or two on hand in case someone razed enough cities for them to expand.
