Are you, in fact, a pregnant lady who lives in the apartment next door to Superdeath's parents? - Commodore

[Spoilers] Fintourist and Old Harry have nothing to see here

Fixed and fixed. Thanks.

The picture of your stack is actually a duplicate of the kannone stack

I prefer text for battles, but anythings good

Thanks for the awesome turn reports smile

Yeah, the stack picture's a duplicate. I also much prefer text (with one-to-two pics to show location and before and/or aftermath).

I believe mack's given us a promise of peace, so while it sounds risky, I think I'm inclined to advise leaning on dtay more than reinforcing the back lines (save those in commando range of the latter).

I'm excited by all those empty cities - but will they stay that way?

prefer text, but with lots and lots of HAMMER!

Nice work, and +1 on the kudos for a workmanlike reaction to his capital attack.

I just tested it in an SP game, slavery hammers did get the IW bonus. What were you whipping? (Wonders get a whip malus)

Fixed the pic.

It was a power plant that I whipped... Thanks for checking Ceil.

Yeah, that was really weird, not worth a reload mess (as chatted with OH yesterday), but definitely worth either a bug fix or an explanation.

Are you sure you didn't 1-whip?

Amphibious attacks can never retreat. EDIT: And this is also why catapults can't attack amphibiously.

Interesting tidbit about RR-ing other people's land, I'll have to test that myself some time. smile
I have to run.

Yup, I'm sure. I wonder if it's different in BTS/RBMod. I was whipping exactly 75 hammers and I know that's caused me problems in the past, but this shouldn't be the case here...

The amphibious retreat thing makes sense I suppose. I'll be glad of it when Mackoti's 10 transports come to say hi. I hope you're all taking bets in the lurker thread on whether Mack is about to pile on, given that he sent a message that could be interpreted as a 60 turn NAP only ten turns ago. I agree with Krill that the whole point of no diplo is to avoid the slow dull game-death that NAPs engender, but I'd really like it if Mack decides not to attack on t252 please. Ten more turns peace with him and we can really throw the kitchen sink at dtay. As it is Commodore is probably a bit unhappy about how much work he's having to do here.

One thing I didn't ask in the report - if we take Hamburg next turn do we artist-bomb it? I have a feeling it won't gain us many tiles, and I think we'd be better off bombing in the east to try and trap his stack of Kannone out in the open. Alternatively do we save him to use against Mack somehow?
